There is literally no more pressing issue than infants being murdered day in and day out to the tune of a million or more every single year. None whatsoever.
I think abortion is disgusting but now won't most of these millions Be a burden on tax payers?
Ya know, maybe the value of human life is a little more than their net economic consumption/production ratio. Radical idea I'm sure.
Won't do anything to affect this ruling.StandUpforAmerica said:

I think it is very important to point out to people that below is dated February (not now) and that it is noted to be a draft and could be one justice (here Alito) circulating his draft opinion looking for 4 others to join… https://t.co/ycggXuJLHC

The left is full of true believers. They are probably willing to sacrifice themselves for something like this, or have assurances from their handlers that nothing will come of it. Remember our justice system isn't the best at handing out punishment nowadays.AggieUSMC said:
Something doesn't make sense here. Clerks and Justices are the only people who have access to the draft opinions and other documents of internal deliberations. These are not stupid people. Whoever did this will be found out and their career/s will be over and maybe serve jail time. Why would someone throw their lives away for this?
Yep, I'd bet every justice has written some kind of draft on this case.StandUpforAmerica said:

That's fine and all but we all know we are gonna be the ones footing the bill and i have no desire for that, welfare and taxes are already bad enough as is
The Supreme Court is not only on verge of overturn Roe but they are laying the groundwork to overturn the right to birth control. This GOP Supreme Court is focused on ending self determination for women. #RoeVWade

Right now: Barricades are up around the Supreme Court building, just minutes after reports from Politico were leaked indicating SCOTUS has voted to overturn Roe v. Wade. pic.twitter.com/LxR9rbs6TF

A person called Amit Jain clerks for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
— Matt Wolking (@MattWolking) May 3, 2022
As a Yale student, Jain blasted Yale for supporting Brett Kavanaugh's nomination.
Jain was quoted in a 2017 Politico piece by Josh Gerstein.
Today, Gerstein published the draft SCOTUS opinion on Roe.

True, but those "true believers" who are willing to fall on their swords for the cause don't clerk for SCOTUS Justices.Quote:The left is full of true believers. These are the same people who think The Handmaid's Tale is the future of women in the US unless we achieve Libtopia.aTm2004 said:

I'll believe it when I see it. Democrats generally aren't held accountable in this current era of politics.AggieUSMC said:

Right. But question is, did Reps just shoot their wad for this when they were gaining so much political capital for midterms? This could keep a lot of R votes home and D votes that don't usually show up, to show up.
What good is political capital if you're not willing to trade it to stop the wholesale slaughter of infants?
I want to save political capital for things that will actually make the country better. Ending federal dept of Education. Fed Reserve. Fed income tax.

As I said earlier, Jain is the most likely suspect.Verne Lundquist said:A person called Amit Jain clerks for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
