1. The dems pass it as a federal law, so it applies to ALL states.
2. The Dems stack the court to protect it in the future.

I think the Dems use it as an issue to run on in November but that mainly helps their folks in Blue areas. It's not going to help them much in swing districts.

Whoever did this will be found out and their career/s will be over and maybe serve jail time. Why would someone throw their lives away for this?
