Because like a Trump EO policy, it easily gets reimplemented:
1. The dems pass it as a federal law, so it applies to ALL states.
2. The Dems stack the court to protect it in the future.

Short-term win for us, long-term victory for them.

1. The dems pass it as a federal law, so it applies to ALL states.
2. The Dems stack the court to protect it in the future.

It's not so much about switching votes, but about getting the Democrat voters who likely weren't going to vote this year to turn our in droves.

Yeah, I don't really care about the issue that much. Lot more poor kids and trouble kids if it was banned.

I want to save political capital for things that will actually make the country better. Ending federal dept of Education. Fed Reserve. Fed income tax.

What's funny is a lot of the Twitter posts are pissed at religious folks.

I'm not a religious guy and don't support roe for 2 reasons

1. It's a state issue
2. I dont believe in murder and fail to grasp how a human embryo isn't a human. The viability argument is a non starter because my 2 year old couldny survive outside the womb without my assistance.
