I don't care if it's a mental disorder or not. If a grown man or woman wants to change, go right ahead. Doesn't matter to me if it's a choice or an effect of a mental disorder or anything else. Boy, tell me about that.
Not going to mention the school district or the specific HS, but I sub at a large 6A HS here in Houston. Darn good academic and athletic school district, but over the last 2-3 years, we have gone from seniors giving their main squeeze a peck on the cheek between classes to a full grown squeeze and touchy feely in the stairwells and in the back hallway on all floors. Don't like it but whatever...then we started seeing girls going down hallways arm in arm to girls now kissing and squeezing anywhere on campus...OK. Now we have males doing the same crap all over just like the straight kids. The whole thing is revolting...The lesbian chicks dress like slobs and the homosexual guys dress stupid. WTF is going on in this country? Cant/wont parents raise the kids properly and if you cant then don't have them in the first place.
Dont approve.

Agree. Everyone thinks all you have to say is "don't be gay or don't be trans"
A little more complicated than that, and spoken from those with little to no experience is trying to address it.
Maybe withhold being a keyboard warrior until you've had your child attempt suicide despite tons of therapy and meds.
