Ukraine's deputy defense minister had prematurely claimed Andriivka, south of Bakhmut, was under full UA control. 3rd Assault Brigade says that's not correct yet, and that there is heavy fighting there and in Klischiivka.

TIL that Turkey prohibits the passage of Russian warships through the Bosporus Strait. So Russia's Black Sea fleet is really just that and hasn't been able to transit to deep water since March, 2022. Reading more about this, that was when Turkey invoked the 1936 Montreux Convention which allows them to restrict passages during times of war. One exception is they can't restrict passage of naval ships returning to Black Sea ports where they are registered. Apparently, however, Moscow is now circumventing this by using civilian merchant vessels to supply logistics to its military operations in Syria and Ukraine.
Related side story. New US sanctions on Turkey for playing both sides of the conflict and turning a blind eye to its own violators.

"Mobilized people will not return home until the end of the Northern Military District, there will be no rotation - Kartapolov.

The mobilized Russians will leave the combat zone after the end of the special military operation (SVO) on the territory of Ukraine. Chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee Andrei Kartapolov stated this in a conversation with http://Lenta.ru.

"They will return home after the completion of a special military operation. No rotation is provided . They are entitled to leave for every six months of service, and they now go on these holidays," the deputy stated the return date."
