Time: How the Ukraine Counteroffensive Can Still Succeed

......just as importantly, Russia keeping the south badly outflanks much of Ukraine's strategic depth and interior lines.

Both are essential for Kiev to continue to handle the size and resources mismatch between the two.

No, it's at 1.1 cents, down from 1.7 cents. It was around 1.4-1.5 cents prewar. Still pretty bad, but not an order of magnitude collapse either.

ETA It's down from around 3 cents circa mid 2014.

If it's listing to port, you want to continue hitting the port side to try to get it to roll over. If you hit the opposite side you potentially equalize the buoyancy and increase roll stability. I imagine that one of the hardest decisions a commander has to make is when to abandon pumping and deliberately start flooding compartments to maintain stability.
