Presumably, it was taken in the morning of October 9.
The video shows at least 12 T-72A tanks, a car with soldiers (most likely, the guard of the train). It should be noted that T-72A tanks are not in service with the Belarusian Armed Forces.

– The tanks were removed from storage by the Belarusian Armed Forces;
– The Lukashenka regime began transferring heavy armored vehicles removed from storage to Russia.

These are called "trench candles" and they are very needed on the frontlines - soldiers can keep worm and heat water up on these candles.

Many volunteers in Ukraine are now making them, including this one.

We all want to do our part.

This has been happening for the whole freaking war. Russia attacks cities of residents and Ukraine attacks their military. It probably make this a just war that is worth supporting.
