Saw it earlier and definitely one of the better real world shots I have seen.

Javelins are incredible. The proverbial Golden BB shot that was always the goal of the anti armor gunner, but almost never got, is virtually guaranteed at this point. Not bad for a system that is only three years younger than me. I have a hard time thinking of a such a guaranteed ROI on any system that we have fielded in all of US military history. It's not cheap in some context, yet incredibly cheap in others. $80K for a virtually guaranteed armor kill?

Also sad that this entrant did not get into top ten of the turret toss competitions. Next one hopefully.

Yes I very well could have, or will if they continued to do that. The only way to fix it is to pull the turret and relive the gearbox.

I know we are trying to retire around 20 A-10s so why not. Not sure who is going to be brave enough to fly those since Russia doesn't seem to have problems fighting the faster SU-25s.

A couple of observations after looking at the photos/videos from yesterday's bridge attack. The over-water bridge spans are 2 concrete box girders ... and the overhead view of the damage looks like M982 Excalibur artillery more than M31A1 GLMRS.

I wonder if any of the GLMRS rockets (or M982 for that matter) have a hard target fuse delay that can detonate inside the enclosed box girder after penetrating the 8-10 inch thick concrete road deck?

For sure there are higher priority targets for HIMARS at the moment but maybe for later - one of the many packed repair workshops in the DPR + LPR.

Some one them actually might.

Only if stored inside the containment bldgs, and there is not a lot of spare room in there. They probably looking to store in the turbine bldgs which is not radiation areas.

How much storage room would those buildings even have available? Can't imagine that you could fight a war with that limited of a space.

Not much room inside the plant itself, but they probably have some large warehouses and storage buildings on site.
