Anything that can be handled with logistics, industry, and agriculture figuring out a way to find a replacement and working toward that while trying to avoid the generational crushing death and destruction we saw in the 19teens and the 30's and 40's I would say is superficial in comparison.
I'm not saying you are one of these people but there is a large number of folks out there that seem to be gleefully hoping that we see another world war breakout so they can say the lived through it. I am just trying to bring some levity to the discussion.
My original statement was more along the lines of being thankful that Russia does not look to be the same level of continental threat that Germany was. But there is danger in the agreement because it legally binds nations to action should something go down. I'll leave it at that as to not derail further along this line of discussion.
