One of those dump trucks full of mines must have finally had an unloading mishap. It's a shame the Russians decided to unload them at an oil depot. So unfortunate. Nothing to see here.

Wouldn't have thought they'd have the ability to avoid being observed, as well as avoid Russian air defenses for an op like that.

Edit to say that they pilot the same types as Russia, but could Russia really have pulled that big of a boner and failed to ID them as hostile aircraft? Either way… noice.

Only thing I can think of is complacency. Russia has shown they don't really do night ops, and up to this point Ukraine hasn't tried any air incursions (that I'm aware of). Probably a one time strike. If you got one shot...one opportunity, a fuel depot ain't a bad choice. I pity the poor kid whose job it was to watch the spinning green circle.
