Probably because Russians are firing away artillery where they can't really see there target and have a low probability of hitting. Whereas the Ukrainian Javelin gunner or drone operator is looking at a screen or through lenses thinking "Say Cheese, Mother******."

The Russian 64th Seperate Motorized Rifle Brigade (64 omsbr) was ID'd as being involved in the Bucha massacre. The Ukrainian 93rd Mechanized Brigade (93 ombr) encountered some of them and laid them low.

Kholodnoyars Is a reference to, I believe, fighters for the Kholodnoyarsk Republic in 1919-1922. Fighters for independence. Equating the past struggle for independence against the USSR with the current.

Seem to be differing stories on this depending on who you hear it from. Apparently denied clearance to land due to being a "military transport" instead of a "civilian transport".
