It is the climate he has created at HIS company, so no, he should not be booted, part of why he got so popular early on, especially in the Veteran community, was for acting exactly like who he is. It isn't like he hides it, if folks don't like him or how he acts don't do business with him. Watch any of online media he has produced and you will immediately know exactly what he is like. As I mentioned earlier, guy is a ****** but we've hung a few times at events to fight suicide among our ranks and while I find him fun to be around during those hikes, I certainly would never do business with the guy. Most of us keep that type of humor between ourselves, but he doesn't. It is what it is

That is an understatement if I haver ever heard one, the absolute foulest mouths in our Veterans groups are usually the woman and it takes no effort for them to make a grown man blush. At times it is even a bit much for me during our get togethers

How do you know this was a professional setting? She claims it is but it looks like it's just a regular text. Most people negotiating business do by email or over the phone with contracts attached and such.

I'm not saying that people don't text in some business situations at all, of course they do but this doesn't prove that this was in a professional setting. Maybe she had already started a personal conversation with him.

And of course maybe he is just this gross and vile but there are two sides to every story.

And quite frankly. I was designer I could fake anything to look real.

If this was out of the blue and he can't provide any previous texts to back it up as a different conversation, he's screwed, but if he ends up coming out with other texts that change the scenario she may end up regretting doing this.

It's possible the guy is a massive tool and can be very overtly sexual but also be a good businessman at the same time. They're not mutually exclusive nor am I saying that he is either. For sure, this guy is amoral and in need of repentance and humility, I am in no way defending him, or his cynical BS company that despises the people it purports to "represent."
