This is going off on a tangent but that bro vet culture comes from a failure by leaders to enforce basic standards of decency. Abdication of responsibility by leaders and commanders allows rogue behavior to become acceptable. It starts OCONUS and then metastasizes back in garrison and you have people wondering how uniformed military are involved in rape, murder, and trafficking in weapons.

Not even. You can send that message to yourself, erase your sent message, and it pops up as such. Appears to have been received. Then it's very easy to save your phone number as any contact name you choose, and it gets changed.

What is your proof that those are professional texts sent in the name of business? I've received and sent numerous similar texts to screw with friends, and they've done the same with me, can I sue them or can they sue me?

You're missing the gist of my comment. My comment was that it doesn't even take two phones and two minutes, it takes one phone and one minute to falsify it. Contacts>(your phone number)>edit. Name it whatever you want. Message>compose>(your phone number). Type message. Send. Press and hold sent message>delete sent.

I now spent 5 times longer typing this message than it would take to do those steps and create false messages.

There are also fake iPhone message screenshot generators you can use that will create the exact same thing.

I met Matt a few years ago and he was a wild man. He was with Marcus Luttrell and his brother at a bar after a Wounded Warriors golf tournament, Marcus and Morgan distanced themselves and eventually left due to his antics. He didn't come off as a dick, but he was just somewhat out of control. My Matt story for what it is worth.

I don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars to donate, so I'll volunteer my time to serve them soup, play board games, talk s#it, or ogle dancing girlies with them. Their call. I'm the ride, the meal and drink buyer, or the judge in scrabble that accepts slang and hand-written words in the dictionary. If I were to tally it up over the years, it's probably about $5k between gas, meals, and beers, and about $100k in time at $10/hr. But who keeps track of that?

In your words, unless it's "hundreds of thousands of dollars," it doesn't count.
