If your friend gets vaxxed, how long does he get to keep his job in exchange? One year, five years, ten years? Surely if someone takes the vax in exchange for a job there is a contract that states the duration of guaranteed employment.

Yeah, my 'friend' would love to plant his flag in the ground and make his company fire him, and/or quit and go somewhere else.
The problem is that my friend's job is a sweet gig that he'd likely never find again - big money, 100% work remote (even before/regardless of Covid) and easy light workload. Friend is late-ish career and just wants to ride this job out a couple more years then hang it up.
