The vaccines does not (my opinion, but 6th circuit disagrees). But fraudulent recreating federal forms and documents is.
Vaccine cards are issued by local health officials, not Feds
I think the issue of it being criminal is when they fake the CDC logo on it.
I lost my vax card, so I do not know if mine had a CDC logo on it
The CDC has no legal powers. They're literally a bunch of constantly-wrong tards that are paid WAY too much.
Never said they did.
But they are a federal agency and you can't fake their logo
Unlike Salute, I think you are simply answering the question of what is being/could be used to prosecute these people, without opining on the prosecution itself, but I would like your interpretation/opinion on a couple of things.
Do you think that these mandates are valid? Do you think that someone taking action to subvert an unjust law should be prosecuted? If you personally thought the law/action was unjust, would you assist in prosecution of the offenders? At what point does that make you the unjust persecutor?
I think a private business mandate is valid.
Not right, but valid.
I do not think the feds or the states should have any ability to force adults to get the vaccine to work, go to a concert, or go out to eat.
Thanks for the reply, and I actually agree completely with that. However, I think stopping at that point really sidesteps this discussion. The best evidence that most (certainly not all) companies are issuing and enforcing these mandates solely due to the federal/state mandates can be seen by the very low level of enforcement of mandates by the businesses that you just listed (restaurants, event venues). Where not forced to do so, companies don't have strong convictions on the subject.
So, to that end I'll ask again, but remove the legal aspect of the last two questions that were left unanswered.
