The US has not either and we have employed them numerous times in the last 20 years.

Which is worse, the indemnity Germany had to put after WW1 or the ensuing economic destruction of Russia? What i recall the indemnity was absurd and created generational debt - if the Russian exchange reopens tomorrow they may be in a similar trap.

Cheap even off the shelf drones are a huge force multiplier combined with cheap, low tech artillery. I posted about this before but was expecting it mostly from the Russians. The Ukrainians have been really kicking ass with drones.
