The great game has now pivoted from the west to the east. The days of the subcontinent being fought over by the Russians and the Anglo American west are over. This is now likely up to China - Pakistan (one of the two enemies of 9/11 that went untouched) vs India. The question i have: will Russia slowly let loose of the India tie should the US continue to move closer?

Probably because this HMMMVs are powered by the 6.2L GM diesel. What would be the use in destroying them when their days are numbered.

The Taliban aren't considered the enemy any longer. They are now our allies. We've always been allies with them.

The Taliban aren't considered the enemy any longer. They are now our allies. We've always been allies with them.


The irony is that with the Taliban now the leaders of Afghanistan, technically the old government we supported are now considered the terrorist

This is a foreign policy version of the "Roe Effect." That is basically where populations that abort children, wind up with smaller populations, and fewer votes long term.

The WH team/staff has lived in the "Beltway news media" bubble for a long time where because they feel they know things, they think the world will work with them if/when they are in charge. In the real world, they are seen as weak, ineffectual dimwitted clowns, not to be trusted, feared, depended upon, or taken seriously.
