If the officer dies, then obvious. Otherwise, would need to see if this applies (I assume the 'retaliation, or terroristic threat' part qualifies):

A client of mine was seeking info on a 3M bullet proof window film and his company was showing interest in providing it/ installing it on law enforcement vehicles.

I assume it's out there, never heard of it though. I can't imagine why other than budgets, it hasn't been implemented up to this point.

BS. I know several folks from my east TX hometown that are certainly not Trump supporters and yet they carry at work, have their CHL, and an arsenal that would make most conservatives jealous.
