Disagree. Should Nelson be objecting more to the leading nature of the prosecutor's questions? That is objectionable during direct but there is a calculus as to whether it is really damaging and whether the same info wouldn't come in anyway. But why would prosecution call this witness? So far it seems at BEST neutral to their case.
As passive as Nelson has been, I doubt he would've.
