And do I think all doctors should have to offer reassignment surgery? No, that is a specialized surgery that only a small percentage of surgeons perform. So almost every one doing them is doing so voluntarily.

I read the article but didn't see much mentioned other than transgender. Can you point me to the wording of the bill itself?

I see the people reacting to it saying they are worried about it effecting end of life decisions and some other things. But it seemed mostly to deal with transgender.

How about offering therapy - should therapists be compelled to offer treatment to the transgender community, regardless of personal beliefs? Specifically to transgender minors?
