It's illegal to send them to your side piece? It's not like he tried to submit for something official.
Because he forged a government document, with intent to defraud.Ol Rock said:
I'm confused why this is more than a civil matter. Had a woman done this I doubt there would be an arrest.

You call that a police chief scandal? Come on Stinnett, try harder!
I guess I'm confusing it with the Soap Opera of the guy who bought the farm next to mine. First/only time I met him, he was real stand-offish and generally unfriendly.SunrayAg said:More like murder for p-y...CanyonAg77 said:Didn't yours involve murder for hire?SunrayAg said:

I get that the guy's a turd, but I'm genuinely shocked that the Texas Rangers don't have more important things to do than arrest a dude who faked an annulment decree after he lost some weight and went after some strange. Even if he's a peace officer.
That's what always gets me about these cases. You figure that to get all these women, he must be as rich as Bill Gates, look like Tom Selleck in his prime, be "endowed" and know how to use it, be some great romancer or singer.Quote:

At one place I worked, the receptionist was banging the UPS guy. This was common knowledge and an open joke. He was married and had 2 or 3 daughters.
One day, she gets a phone call from his other girlfriend. She wants this fine, outstanding example of a human being for herself. By the time was all said it done, it turned out he was juggling FIVE different girlfriends on the side.
I'm guessing he called them Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,.....
With Sunday being his day of rest.
I was thinking the Sunray police scandal was way more serious though it certainly didn't go viral like this one. I work in Borger and my boss is from there...knows everyone. Wouldn't quite acknowledge that he knew this guy but did claim there were more girlfriends. These two were merely the ones he had recently proposed to.SunrayAg said:CanyonAg77 said:Didn't yours involve murder for hire?SunrayAg said:

Trump should have appointed the head of the Texas Rangers to head the FBI.Sterling82 said:Rapier108 said:One of the jobs of the Texas Rangers is investigating illegal actives by others in Texas law enforcement.1872walker said:

I'm glad someone is responsible for such at the state level. In DC, no action can be taken for fear it might look politically motivated. So corruption there is unchecked and just a way of life.

What's your point?
My understanding is that he created fictitious government documents to convince his girlfriends that his marriage had been annulled.TxTarpon said:

Texas Rangers arrest Stinnett police chief after he resigns following viral cheating scandal
STINNETT, Texas The now-infamous, former Stinnett Police Chief Jason Collier was arrested Thursday by Texas Rangers, according to multiple online reports.
Collier became the subject of public scrutiny after allegations of infidelity went viral on social media with multiple accusations of extramarital affairs.
City Manager Durk Downs released a statement Thursday as news of the scandal spread and said that Collier resigned as chief of police for Stinnett effective immediately.
According to NBCDFW, Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. Cindy Barkley said that Collier has been charged with tampering with a government document with the intent to defraud.
"Collier allegedly sent a text message to the victim with a fraudulent government record attached. The document was a fraudulent marriage annulment," Barkley said.
No (censored) is worth a felony charge.
There is no crime up there?
Instead of chasing tail, chase people with warrants? Maybe?
Thanks for repeating something that was stated in the thread about 10 different times now.eric76 said:My understanding is that he created fictitious government documents to convince his girlfriends that his marriage had been annulled.TxTarpon said:

That is clearly fraud.
I think to legally be fraud you have to receive money, goods or services in exchange. So yeah, probably a case of fraud.eric76 said:My understanding is that he created fictitious government documents to convince his girlfriends that his marriage had been annulled.TxTarpon said:
