The biggest remaining chunk of outstanding votes to be tabulated is in DeKalb county, a highly Dem stronghold.

Nope. He is the first president in the history to lose after putting up the economic statistics that he did. That doesn't happen by accident. You have to run a horrific campaign to pull that off and boy did he deliver. They hold back until they know how many votes they need, in order to win.

I think some personal rates will start going up this year while most tax cuts will expire in 2025. Don't worry though, Amazon, Apple, Google, et al, will get to keep their corporate tax cuts.
