Did anyone ask her to be specific? Has anyone contacted the states so they can take precautions?

Why can't we ask adults to act like adults?

What a disingenuous hoor. She is straight up referring to the St Leg approving the electoral votes before sending them to the Fed. The states have had this power FOREVER.

Anybody that listens to that tripe is already a zombie ready to pull the lever for the demlibs, so not sure how much damage they could actually do. At this point they are so bizarre that perhaps they improve the R's chances at the polls--who knows??

In the end, The Supreme Court can rule whatever they like, but it would be up to the Executive Branch to enforce it. With the biden admin in power (even illegitably) they can decide which SC rulings to enforce.

This starts to erode the SC's power, and moves us ever closer to a dictatorship...

Lawmakers: Pennsylvania Sends Out 240,000 Unverified Ballots (dailysignal.com)
Quote:

Almost a quarter of a million ballots were mailed to Pennsylvania voters without verifying their identity, state lawmakers say in a letter seeking answers from the state's top election official.

"According to the data, as of Oct. 21, 2022, a staggering 240,000 ballots are 'NOT VERIFIED,'" 15 Republicans in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives write Tuesday in the letter to acting Secretary of the Commonwealth Leigh Chapman.

"That is an enormous number of ballots, which, according to the law, must be set aside and not counted for the 2022 General Election unless the voter produces lD," the lawmakers write.

State Rep. Frank Ryan, a member of the House State Government Committee, led the letter. It cites data on unverified ballots for the Nov. 8 election produced by the Pennsylvania Department of State, which Chapman heads.

this is what globalist elitists like Zuckerberg pay for.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis' new election crimes unit has recommended state police open a full criminal investigation into a Democrat whistleblower's detailed complaint of a long-running, widespread ballot harvesting operation in the African-American communities in politically important central Florida.

Former Orange County Commissioner candidate Cynthia Harris filed a sworn affidavit in late August with the Secretary of State's office alleging that illegal operations to collect third-party ballots have been going on for years in the Orlando area where voting activists are paid $10 for each ballot they collect.
MULES!!
Quote:

She described an intricate system funded by liberal leaning organizations that dispatch ballot brokers into black communities to pressure voters to turn over their ballots. The $10 fee per ballot is divvied up among the parties who help complete the harvesting.

The collection and delivery of ballots by third parties is illegal in Florida.

Quote:

She even recorded a ballot broker coming to her home in 2017 to collect her ballot, and obtained the script that harvester was given by her bosses to make the pitch for a voter to turn over their ballot.

"So what happens is in our community when absentee ballots are mailed, you the candidate or any political party can find out when the absentee ballots are mailed and to whom what happens is these ballot harvesters, they know which batch has gone out, they go to the door and they ask you for your absentee ballot," Harris told

Quote:

Ballot brokers typically work up to a year in advance," she stated. "Ballot brokers visit individuals in their residences and assists the individual with filling out a request for a mail-in ballot. After the mail-in ballot arrives, the voter is instructed to wait for the ballot broker returns to the individuals residence. They are asked to not seal the certificate envelope.
Quote:

For nursing homes ... ballot brokers get the list of residents by cross referencing the address with the voter registration list," she explained. "The ballot broker figures out the best way to make contact, usually thru friends and family that may or may not know they are even part of a scheme. They help the resident fill out the mail-in-ballot or just take the mail-in-ballot from the nursing home and deliver it to the ballot broker.

"You know, it's just utterly ridiculous that people don't understand that once that ballot leaves your hand and it's not placed in the mailbox, or it's not directly given to the supervisor of elections, you don't know where it goes," she said. "It's possible that they throw them away. We've seen evidence of that.

"You see them steam open the ballots and then they mismark them so that if it's not for their candidate, then that ballot is spoiled. So when people think that the numbers are low, it's really not low, it's just that someone has intercepted before it gets to the proper authorities."

Lawsuit filed to stop vigilante surveillance of drop boxes in Arizona | CNN Politics
Quote:

The Arizona chapter of the League of Women Voters filed a lawsuit in federal court late Tuesday targeting groups and individuals that they say are conspiring to intimidate voters in Arizona through a coordinated effort known as "Operation Drop Box."

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of the League in the US District Court for the District of Arizona by a group known as Protect Democracy. It is the second recent lawsuit filed in federal court targeting the conduct of individuals some of whom are armed who have been staking out and filming voters at ballot drop boxes in Arizona.
They don't want people being able to monitor these drop boxes. I hate democrats.

unless you plan to stuff a lot more than ONE ballot in a drop box, why would you be intimidated by people watching the drop boxes? ... better yet, if you're intimidated, go vote early in person, go vote on election day in person, or put your mail-in ballot in the actual ****ing mail.

Just in case anyone wants to know, it is LEGAL in Arizona for a family member or caregiver to carry/deliver a voter's ballot to a mail box or drop box. So no one should be intimidated if placing more than one ballot in a county approved drop box UNLESS they aren't a family member or caregiver for the ballots they are dropping.

https://www.frontpagemag.com/the-midterm-election-rigging-is-underway/
Quote:

Acting Secretary of State Leigh Chapman, the leftist election rigging activist appointed by Gov. Tom Wolf, warned that it will take days to determine who won. At a "virtual press conference", the virtual election boss, who hasn't actually been confirmed by the legislature, warned that it would take "several days worth of work" to determine who won what. And who didn't.
Chapman, a veteran of The Advancement Project, funded by Soros and the Ford Foundation, which worked against voter ID rules to stop voter fraud, and Let America Vote, a leftist group to eliminate election security regulations, urged voters to "feel confident in our election system and in the final results." Nothing creates confidence in an election system like a radical partisan activist being put in charge of it and then warning that the FBI will target any critics.
If there's still any doubt, Chapman assured that "this delay does not mean anything nefarious is happening." Being told that "nothing nefarious is happening" is incredibly reassuring whether it's hearing it from a strange guy in an alley, a corporate CEO or an election official. People who aren't doing anything nefarious don't usually feel the need to assure you of that.
"The process is working as it's designed to work in Pennsylvania," Chapman promised.

DOJ signals ballot drop box monitoring in Arizona likely illegal (usatoday.com)

Quote:

WASHINGTON - The Justice Department on Monday indicated support of an Arizona lawsuit accusing groups monitoring ballot drop boxes of illegal voter intimidation.

"When private citizens form 'ballot security forces' and attempt to take over the State's legitimate role of overseeing and policing elections, the risk of voter intimidationand violating federal lawis significant," the Justice Department wrote in a "statement of interest" in the case.

The DOJ described filming or harassing voters as examples of "vigilante ballot security measures," suggesting those behaviors violate the federal Voting Rights Act.

Absent a loitering law or parking in an emergency lane, yes. They are not electioneering outside of a polling place merely by observing.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the State in the United States is a governmental entity created by the people for the people. What is the State if not for its citizens?
oh no

States that insist on having hundreds or thousands of insecure drop boxes with no surveillance as part of their process really shouldn't be complaining about concerned citizens just making sure no one is stuffing more than just their own and maybe a family member's ballot.

Secure your elections and no one will feel the need to watch and no one can be intimidated.

Oh wait- you need mass mailings and lack of security to win. Better fight all efforts for security, transparency, and accountability then.
