Another Republican indicted for tampering with voting equipment.
Another day that ends with "y".

So voting equipment is regularly tampered with?
Apparently, by Republicans. These are all Trump supporters.
The claim used to be that nobody tampered with them. So now the claim is that only the losing side did? Is there any shred of intellectual curiosity in your body as to how that would actually work?

By Dominion? Yes. For instance in Georgia there was a "glitch" in which not all of the candidates in a certain race were being displayed onscreen on the BMDs. So they created a software "patch" and installed it in September/October 2020. The "patch" was not tested nor accredited before installation, unless one thinks Pro V&V was a legit testing company when their accreditation had been lapsed since 2017.

OK, which one is it?
Was this Colorado Conspiracy (Band Name!) to violate election laws proof that RINOs really hate trump?
Was this was done by Loyal Republicans merely to counteract the election law violations that must have been conducted by Democrats, even though there no proof?
Or, is this all a sham, Loyal Republicans being framed by those nasty marxist/communist/leftist/pedophilic/atheistic/Social Security-loving Democrats?

Tune in tomorrow (once the usual suspects have had a chance to get their talking points together and decide which facts they are going to ignore and which lies they want to promote) for the next installment...
It is much easier to fool someone than it is to convince someone that he has been fooled.

For those not following events in Colorado, Tina Peters was the Mesa Election official who did a forensic image of the hard drive before and then after Dominion had scheduled some "maintenance" on the EMS.

Those images were vastly different and 2020 election results either disappeared or were put into obscured files.

She was arrested and charged as well some time ago.

The update is that she ran for office was better funded, more popular and was leading in polling prior to recent primary elections in Colorado. Inexplicitly, she came in last to a late arrival on the ballot, who just happens to work for CTCL. That woman barely qualified with enough signatures (yet to be verified), had no fundraising, few campaign events, no name recognition, etc. But according to Dominion voting machines, she won.

Yeah, riiight.
This is the **** that pisses me off! It's almost 2 years later...we HAVE to get a handle on this very soon or we're doomed. I'm so nervous for November. I know what the people want, but if they've figured this out and can get away with it again, we are so screwed.

To answer your question, when the actual charge was "they made a copy of a hard drive that violated the approved policy" then it sounds like they're railroading someone on a technicality while trying to make it sound like it's the same level of severity as the accusations we've levied in this thread before. So that'd be numbers 2 and 3 in your list.

And lol at talking points. The standard reply for months was "there was no election interference" except when they could yell about Russia or something. Now you're just projecting.

Go read the link I added a while ago re: Tina Peters. Some Aussie even got a boatload of late night votes for the position they were vying for, and he's not even a F/T resident.

Tina is as beloved as it gets, and was a shoe-in, so I hope Trump judges get to hear her case.

She did absolutely nothing wrong, nor did her worker. They were making a backup because the libs weren't giving a F about the 22-month records retention rule, and were wiping the machines clean to cover their tracks. That backup shows how bad the numbers were manipulated, and Tina was raided by the feds Day 1 of Lindell's cyber symposium where she was a featured ("fugitive") guest...for doing her job making that backup (duplicate).

It may not be possible to "figure it out" or "get a handle on this"

The approach probably should be simplified. Force, demand, the removal of those types of machines. If it takes a bit demonstration to demand return to 20th style voting, do that. Get rid of the machines.

Even Democrats should want that, since they seem to have given the victory to W in 2004.

Why would they let the election go to Republicans. What they learned in 2020 is that there will be no repercussions for their cheating.

That is why November is important and 2024 irrelevant. We need to see that elections still work. By any measure, there is no way this crew retains power with the ruin they have caused.

With her sounding so certain, and using the term `fortified' - there is real potential elections are no longer valid.
That's why as a reserve its useful Texit will be on ballot next year. Kind of a emergency-break-glass.

Can't recall where I heard it, but there's a soundbyte of libs talking smack about ALL 600+ fed agencies being a part of 2022's "fortified" (and mystified/electrified, greased lig...) electoral process.

This Nov should be open carry election season, with MAGA tapping on their butts like J Ringo is talking too much sh*t again.

And is it confirmed it'll be on the ballot? Saw the Texas GOP endorsed it but haven't heard it making the ballot next year.

https://capitalresearch.org/article/the-push-for-permanent-vote-by-mail-part-1/?blm_aid=73350

Quote:

Leftists fell in love with all-mail elections in 2020. Now they want to make vote by mail permanent.

Transforming our country's elections into a mail-in fiasco is a big step toward handing power over elections from the states to the federal government, empowering professional activists, inviting fraud, and damaging America's constitutional system. It places the integrity of the republic in the hands of the U.S. Postal Service, the government agency that routinely delivers your neighbor's mail to your house. And it promises to undermine public trust in electoral outcomes from now until doomsday, which could make the problems of the 2020 election routine.
Quote:

At the heart of that misadventure are the Center for Tech and Civic Life, Arabella Advisors' $1.7 billion activist empire, and the National Vote at Home Institute. But Americans should be familiar with the true face of vote by mail: Amber McReynolds.

She's often labeled a reform-minded "independent" and is listed on the website of the National Association of Nonpartisan Reformers and in Governing Magazine's 2018 Top Public Officials of the Year. In interview after gushing interview with left-leaning outlets, she's touted as a good-government advocate uninterested in petty partisan goals.

But make no mistake: Amber McReynolds is a product of Activism, Inc.
Quote:

McReynolds was key to many of the last-minute voting-law changes in Pennsylvania ahead of the 2020 election, which conservatives criticized as unconstitutional and vulnerable to fraud. She's cited extensively in an amicus briefing filed by the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania, Common Cause Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia-based Black Political Empowerment Project, and the Latino-focused Make the Road PAall left-wing get-out-the-vote groupssupporting the Pennsylvania Democratic Party's lawsuit against Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, a Democrat, demanding the state adopt drop boxes and "alternatives to in-person voting."

McReynolds' sworn testimony (paid for at a rate of $225 per hour) notes that "ballot drop-boxes can be an important component of implementing expanded mail-in voting," "do not create an increased opportunity for fraud," and "are generally more secure than…post office boxes." She also supports the adoption of "text-to-cure," a system adopted in 2020 in Colorado wherein voters are invited to email, fax, or send a text message to "cure" mistakes in their ballots (e.g., a missing signature) instead of sending an affidavit.
Quote:

All of these controversial factors later featured prominently in the 2020 election in Pennsylvania and other battleground states, thanks to funding from Mark Zuckerberg and the Center for Tech and Civic Life.

Pennsylvania's Republican-controlled state Senate banned both private funding for elections and drop-boxes in April 2022; the bill is expected to be vetoed by Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf, and drop boxes were still in place for the state's June primary. In Wisconsin, the state supreme court ruled drop boxes were illegal in February 2022 after 570 were used in 66 of the state's 72 counties between 2020 and early 2021.
Quote:

Interestingly, McReynolds also oversaw Denver's adoption of the now-controversial Dominion Voting Systems in May 2015, lauding the system in a presentation before election officials (only a grainy image of her presentation exists). The liberal Brennan Center for Justice profiled Denver's adoption of Dominion in a 2015 case study, noting that it was designed to promote vote by mail given that 95 percent of Denver voters cast their ballot by mail under the state's all-mail system. McReynolds later defended Dominion against claims of ballot fraud days after the 2020 election, tweeting:
Quote:

No, Dominion voting machines did not cause widespread voting problems. Don't be fooled by conspiracies & disinformation. Instead rely on trusted sources of information like election officials.

He said around the 18 minute mark that in addition to the economy, among many that there is indeed a large subset concern about November being trustworthy elections. He thinks the Democrats are underestimating the degree of doubt. He said the Republican Party has done a record job this time to have some polling places oversight. (all this presumably applies to Wisconsin) Then he went on to talk about doubled homicide rates, and directions there.

Maybe ten years after 2020, enough states have cast enough doubt about their state's election certifications that it makes a wikipedia entry that Biden did not win.
