Question: How much of the V&V at CISA is actually done by EAC?

Question: How much of the V&V at CISA is actually done by EAC?

It's frightening to think how much they may have their hands in the cookie jar nowadays (after only three years).

After all, "Trusted Build" coming from a 55 y/o certified professor (working for CISA) doesn't mean the same as a 24 y/o EAC noob telling you everything is "Just splendid. I trust it."

If EAC is in charge, Texit 2024.

I was also worried when I saw and identified Ryan Macias at the Maricopa Audit walking around on the floor of the Coliseum. He's the former head of EAC and was there on behalf of Dominion and Katie Hobbs, SoS for Arizona. He lied and said he was media at first but had no credentials.

Look I am just an older woman sitting out in BFE rural Texas trying to piece together WTH happened on November 3-4 and for an additional ten days in Maricopa County.

I have to wonder what is true, what is not.

But most of all, I have to wonder why Trump did not pardon Snowden and Assange and let the s*** flow before he left office.

I still have hopes, hawg, and nothing was ever meant to bemoan you.

They'll come through, because they likely feel as compelled to have the truth uncovered as we do. In all seriousness, when I saw "ethical" on the gov's bid/proposal site, I felt I had to bid on it. It just felt right. Let's just hope they weren't purged for finding anything we'd need to know...

Cheers to you, and fingers crossed that somebody with an ethical background stands up to take charge of those machines. Dominion must be crushed, because we all know their malleable machines were connected to the web in an unsecured environment.

Let us hope and pray the truth comes to light somehow. This election was stolen by bad actors who were being exposed. They weaseled back into power and are steering this country off a cliff.

There is no rational discourse with today's far left liberal. There can be no "common ground" with anyone unwilling to follow the law. These people know there was fraud, but can look away because it put their team in charge.

BREAKING: Wisconsin Supreme Court prohibits ballot drop boxes ahead of April election
Well, there goes Wisconsin's Zuckerbucks.

One state down, 49 to go. If you can drop your ballot at a drop box, you can take it to a polling place......then by logic, if you have time to go to a polling place to drop off your ballot, then you have time to VOTE IN PERSON at said polling place. Such a racist concept.

Also, if you cared enough to request a MAIL-IN absentee ballot ahead of time, then you should care enough to actually MAIL IN your MAIL-IN ballot before election day and not need dozens of insecure drop-off boxes all around your city.

Also, if you don't trust the post office with your MAIL-IN ballot, how about don't request one, and go vote in-person?

None of this is voter suppression of someone's rights and it's not racist. You have multiple options and with every state offering so many days of early voting, you can't use long lines on election day as an excuse for not voting if you want to exercise your right, either.

Heaven forbid there's actually a tiny bit of effort required for those that want to exercise their right to have a say in democracy. It should never be as easy as no signature verification, same day registration, and a billionaire commie hiring people to gather, and fill out, and return every ballot for entire nursing home communities and apartment complexes.

Texas voting law limiting vote-by-mail applications blocked by judge (statesman.com)

Bush 43 judge says counties in Texas can send out mail in ballot applications to everyone if they want.

This is due to the lawsuit by Harris County.

I, like so many others, come from a family full of people who have served to protect our rights. As such, I believe it is an insult to their sacrifices for me not to vote, and not to do so in person. It makes me sick to see people who can line up for days outside of a Walmart to save a few bucks for a TV they don't need on Black Friday, but cannot be bothered to take 10 - 15 minutes to vote in person.

On a side note, the Larry David commercial last night made me spit out my bourbon. The full commercial was OK, but starting at 1:04 of the extended version is GREATNESS.

To date, the videos have exposed a wide array of problems with election integrity, including on-tape admissions that the election laws were not complied with, that 80 percent of provisional ballots lacked a proper chain-of-custody, that there were missing removable drives for some of the voting machines, and that election workers "recreated" new drives to response to the Right to Know request.

At least one third party allegedly gained access to tabulation machines and data drives in Richfield Township and Roscommon County, Benson's office said in a statement Thursday.

Benson's office also mentioned how a third party also accessed Dominion Voting Systems vote tabulators in Antrim County in December 2020 following a court order, referring to a so-called forensic audit conducted as part of a now-dismissed 2020 election lawsuit in the rural northern Michigan county, "and then used the data it found to generate a report falsely claiming election fraud."

The ensuing report, Benson's office said, "was thoroughly debunked by multiple election experts but not before it was cited as the reason for the federal government to seize tabulation machines in a draft executive order of former President Donald Trump. Another submission in the same case in Antrim County claimed to include an image from an Election Systems and Software tabulator, the vendor that provides tabulators to all Roscommon County jurisdictions."

Benson has not yet responded to the Washington Examiner's request for comment neither has Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel nor state police.

Benson, a Democrat, recently wrote a letter to the House committee investigating the Capitol riot raising the prospect that the controversial analysis of Dominion machines was instrumental to Trump's claims of widespread fraud and challenges to the results of the contest.

Antrim County prosecutor James Rossiter told the Washington Post in a report published Feb. 9 that he declined a request by Rudy Giuliani and other legal advisers to Trump to seize and share his county's voting machines. "I said, 'I can't just say [to] give them here.' We don't have that magical power to just demand things as prosecutors. You need probable cause," Rossiter said. Giuliani's attorney said his client declined to comment on the report.

Benson made the Roscommon County inquiry request in the same week the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, an arm of the Department of Homeland Security, said it is reviewing a report on alleged vulnerabilities in Georgia voting equipment, also of the Dominion variety. CISA asked a judge in a Georgia election case to hold off on ordering the release of the report, which could have implications for election technology used in states across the country, until it completes its review.

J. Alex Halderman, a professor of computer science and engineering at the University of Michigan, wrote a report released by the Michigan Department of State arguing that human error led to early tabulation errors in Antrim County in the 2020 election. Although Halderman acknowledged vulnerabilities in the election technology, he stressed that "there is no evidence that any of these problems was ever exploited in Antrim County." Halderman also wrote the Georgia report, which is currently under seal.
Such jerks. Doesn't Dominion claim their machines cannot be tampered with?

Up until recently. Now that they have been outed, they are fighting like hell to keep the information from being published. Quite a far distance between 'our stuff is secure' and 'we cannot fix all the problems in time for 2022 elections so don't say anything.'

Their latest response should mean any state using Dominion should immediately remove them from future elections.

Especially if the GOP retakes the House with a decisive number.

Yes, it's futile, but even if it happened, why wouldn't the same players refuse to turn over the same information like they did in Arizona?

As stated here before, Dominion has already had plenty of time to "fix" all of their machines. Not to mention the fact that the expense would suddenly be important again to the politicians.

CTCL is a non-profit and by law they have to have a full accounting of what money was spent and for what purposes. I want one of these FOIA groups to do a full forensic accounting. No more of this "mostly went to X" or "a large amount was for Y"..... We need to know every single dollar, what state/county it went to and what it was used for.

Look, we all knew this was going to be Soros on Steroids level stuff, but we need to start broadcasting hard evidence and detailed facts. Hopefully the lawsuit will do just that, but I get frustrated reading articles talking in generalities yet never showing the detail. There is no way this was legit and there is also no way it could be controlled tightly enough to hide what its real purpose was.

Did a random DDG search earlier, and found this 2/14/22 Dominion & CISA related article. Really haven't had the chance to dissect what impact it may have, but there are many interesting points made, names tied back in, and there's even a link within this link to Dominion employees and reps erasing ties to the company back in Nov 2020:
