It's been widely reported PA Court struck no-fault mail-in voting, but that PA S.Ct. will likely overturn. But not covered is the WHY. Here's your lawsplainer & why a non-partisan PA S.Ct. would affirm. @FDRLST https://t.co/HavhjD8rLl

And more evidence of massive fraud. These state legislators need to enact laws preventing this BS way before the 2022 midterms. Any legislation passed will be immediately taken to court by the Democratic Party leadership and most likely injunctions given.
Anyone voting for any Democratic candidate should reconsider their voting preferences immediately.
Didn't he also say that almost all of the 8x11 ballots with no chain of custody were for one candidate?aggiehawg said:Just remember how quickly the Gore campaign dissed military ballots in 2000, that is until Lieberman spoke up and said that was wrong.richardag said:

But what is confusing to me here is that there is contradictory evidence. For those votes to be scanned, they are supposed to be duplicated with matching numbers. IOW, when a ballot is emailed to SoS' office, email printed out, and then forwarded to the applicable county. At the county level, they match the name of the service member to registered voter to verify, then assign an unique number and transpose the votes on the email to an actual ballot, again with an identifying number so they can be matched.
Very early on in the Maricopa audit, they were complaining that they could not match up duplicated ballots with either spoiled or UOCAVA or even the Braille ballots with their duplicates because the identifying numbers were missing. As those ballots in their original form could not be scanned, thus the need to transpose them onto an actual ballot that could be scanned. Especially the Braille ballots as those are actual thick binders.
Yes, he did. Same thing happened in Fulton County in Georgia, according to Suzi Voyles. She said those ballots appeared to have been printed with ovals "stamped" in rather than filled in by hand. Which is what you expect for UOCAVA ballots to be duplicated by hand onto a scannable ballot.Quote:

Paul Harris: The UOCAVA is the Uniform Overseas Civilian Absentee Voting Act ballot. That ballot is sent out to men and women who work overseas and the people who work overseas to get a chance to work in the election. This is what a ballot looks like that goes out, an 11 1/2 X 19 ballot. When I opened up a box of ballots this is what a ballot looks like that's a UOCAVA ballot. You know what that is? It's an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of copy paper.

Paul Harris continued: "Did you all know that our ballots come back like this from our overseas people? Did any of you know this? It is such a sham that I had people everyday at my table taking pictures of these ballots that were scanned down. It took my team three complete days to count all of the UOCAVA ballots. You know why? Because in 2016 the numbers were apparently 1,600 UOCAVA ballots that came back in the most significant election in our lifetime. In 2020 the numbers were close to 9,600 ballots that came back. And I will tell you as an eye-witness, 95%… all went towards one candidate. And in a state where a candidate won by 10,000 votes that is 8,000 new votes during an election where people were brought home because there was a pandemic… No chain of custody. There's nothing to identify where this piece of paper came from.
I would love to see the breakdown of who each vote was casted for as well as all down ticket votes.peacedude said:

On Monday, January 24, 2022, Jena Griswold was having a very bad day.
As everyone should know by now, Jena is facing a pretty explosive lawsuit from elected officials around the state of Colorado. If you need to catch up, you can read about that here: Griswold is in Hot Water
A big part of that case is the saga of Tina Peters and Mesa County, so you should read up on that as well, especially if you're new to Colorado's role in the stolen election on November 3, 2020.
The case, Hanks et al v. Griswold was filed in November of 2021 in the City and County of Denver District Court, and Griswold's lawyers recently filed a motion to dismiss, on standing, what they cannot defend, on substance.
In response to Griswold's motion to dismiss, the plaintiffs filed new evidence in the case, disclosing the existence of a second forensic image in Elbert County, Colorado, and requesting a court order to have it forensically examined to confirm what cyber experts found in Mesa: destruction of election records, an uncertifiable, non-compliant voting system, and a coffin-nail in the unwarranted "gold standard" refrain. :

n an affidavit signed by Clerk Schroeder, he explains his actions:Elbert County Clerk & Recorder Dallas Schroeder, January 7, 2022 said:
"I was told that there was evidence that the 'trusted build' process that was performed on Mesa County's Dominion voting system during May of 2021, had erased electronic files that were part of the 2020 election records. This information was concerning, because I have a legal duty to retain election records for 25 months after every election. The purpose of retaining the records is so that a proper audit of an election can be performed. I was concerned that the 'trusted build' process might erase electronic election records from the Elbert County elections systems, which would violate state law."

The basis of the plaintiffs' claims is filed with the court and has been provided to Secretary Griswold's counsel, and directly to her before that. It's a stack of government documents, either publicly posted or obtained through open records requests. And it's damning.
In other words, not only ought Griswold to know better, she DOES know better. But this isn't her first time making false statements to the public. More on that in a minute.
For the Clerk to take a forensic image of the machines, particularly when there are concerns that the updates the vendor is conducting will destroy election records and evidence, is not a violation of any security protocol or, more importantly, legal statute. It is, in fact, the Clerk's statutory responsibility to preserve election records for 25 months according to Colorado law. Clerk Schroeder, like Clerk Peters, was doing his job.
The map gives Dems a 22-4 advantage for NY's 26 seats. The voter breakdown in New York in 2020 (62% for Dems) would have predicted just a 16-10 advantage. In case you thought they cared about election integrity https://t.co/KGpPYA1uzJ

This doesn't matter for any state not afflicted by the various Federal voting acts. I'm kind of torn between two types of corruption, although like most things, it's probably a combination.
In the last six years, government employees have been acting on their own with genuine malice for all policies they despise, or there is a shot caller who is not elected.
I don't doubt 90% of government employees despise conservatives and feel reasonably safe acting on their own, but there have been , at least 100 of these types acts (that we know of) in the last 6 years across all areas of our government, there HAS to be one, or maybe two, shot callers atop the corruption pyramid.
