Just wanted to say, I had no idea voting, counting votes, verifying votes was so complicated and has so many steps. it is just ripe for fraud. This thread has been eye opening.

Thanks to everyone for your diligence.
And remember, if you come to the conclusion that there should be any strengthening of votes, voter rolls, or voted ID you're a racist and rightwing conspiracy theorist.
The scary part is that is the belief of Attorney General Merrick B. Garland. He is completely unhinged and is opposed to free speech and civil liberties.

The Democratic Party leadership, leftist progressives and legacy media are actively seeking to subjugate any opposing political views.
Marxism 101. USA (and really most of the western world) has been resisting full on socialism for decades, and trying to slow the inevitable slide, but we're now on an accelerated fast track with the Marxist tactics being deployed in just the last couple of years. We're living through a quick transition and it feel too eerily similar to Venezuela for me.

A lot of nationalization of private industries and a military coup lead by a demagogue?

It's downright eerie how similar it is.

Everything is just code words these days. Racists, Marxists, blah, blah, the other side is evil.

Except it wasnt a "get out the vote" effort, it was flood the zone with illegal mail in ballots with no chain of custody and then spend weeks counting them until Biden had enough to win. I know im preaching to the choir here, but that tweet was misrepresented.

Yeah that article was Charmin soft in many respects. Too afraid of defamation suit or being banned on FB, I guess.

Zuckerberg's election manipulation (read "bribing people to break the law") is just the most prominent example of how outsourcing our elections to private companies and "charitable" leftist groups has resulted in our elections going to the highest bidder.

Zuckerberg did a lot more than that to influence the election when you consider he and his silicone valley friends used their platform monopolies to censor and silence PROOF of Biden's corruption before the election.

No surprise here. Coomer is a crass, lying leftist loon.

Quote:

Eric Coomer is the former Director of Security and Product Strategy for Dominion Voting Systems. After the 2020 election debacle, where votes in at least five states had very suspicious results while running Dominion computer systems, center-right journalists made common-sense observations that the results appeared rigged. One journalist, who had infiltrated a conference call filled with Antifa-sympathizing callers, remembered that on the call "Eric from Dominion" was going to ensure that Trump did not win re-election.

The mainstream media has spent a year bullying and suppressing the thousands of eyewitnesses, filed affidavits, investigations and proceedings meant to uncover the big fraud.
Quote:

Eric Coomer decided to sue 15 organizations and people for defamation in his home state of Colorado. He claims to have been defamed by center-right journalists allegedly saying he was tied to Antifa, and that he helped rig the election against Trump.

Coomer is the Plaintiff, and a variety of center-right media outlets, including the Gateway Pundit and separately Gateway Pundit Publisher Jim Hoft, are Defendants.
Quote:

Most importantly, Defendant Sidney Powell's lawyer Barry Arrington was able to pin down Dominion's Coomer and get him to admit that he had, indeed, written the following Facebook messages prior to the 2020 Presidential election:
Quote:

"If you are planning to vote for that autocratic, narcissistic fascist asshat blowhard and his Christian jihadist VP pic, UNFRIEND ME NOW!"
Quote:

"Only an absolute F-ING IDIOT could ever vote for that wind-bag, ftard FASCIST RACIST F! No bull-, I don't give a damn if you're a friend, family or random acquaintance, pull the level, mark an oval, touch a screen for that carnival barker… UNFRIEND ME NOW."
Coomer then qualified his long-rant against Trump by saying this about Dominion:
Quote:

"…these opinions are rational, and completely my own. They are based in reason and highly credible. Though they are not necessarily the thoughts of my employer, though if not, I should probably find another job… Who wants to work for completely morons?"

Quote:

After the Facebook Posts began circulating throughout the internet, Coomer deleted at least 80 of his posts, later telling colleagues that he 'screwed up.' When asked to clarify what that meant, why he would think he 'screwed up', he hedged and dodged and tap-danced to avoid the obvious answer: because he was the head of Product Strategy and Security for voting systems in 28 presidential election states in 2020, including every swing state, and yet was publicly posting vicious anti-Trump screeds, including the nastiest comments possible against Trump voters whom he called fascists.
Quote:

Coomer reveals a lot about himself when he says mid-way through the deposition:
Quote:

"They [the Defendants, such as the Gateway Pundit] can't imagine, they can't imagine having an opinion and being in a position, a supposed position, which I was not in, by the way, to try and affect a free and fair election. To them, them and I'm talking about your clients to them, this is inconceivable.

f they were in my position, they would they would use every resource to exploit that. Why? Because I made some personal statements of a personal political belief. I screwed up because I gave them fodder because they can twist that and use it to fundraise and continue this farce.

That's where I screwed up. And it's a farce."

That's quite an admission/denial.

imagine if the roles were reversed here..

if the Director of Strategy and Security over voting systems in that many states was that openly full of hatred and animosity toward the communist party and Trump unexpectedly won bigly in all those swing states despite strange data anomalies - would MSM and Silicon Valley be suppressing it like they are now?

Indeed.

Here's a video of the deposition. Link

Hate Zoom crap, especially for a deposition. Makes for a tedious watch and you lose the facial expressions of the deponent while being asked a question. You miss a lot of the subtext.

And also imagine as part of this hypothetical that the USPS, the parties responsible for delivery and collection of an unprecedented number of mail-in ballots, publicly endorsed Trump....

The true leftist believers never ever think they will be caught and brazenly/openly spew their disgusting filth. Coomer is a true believer that will be thrown under the bus by his leftist brethren as soon as possible in every effort to distance themselves from this idiot.

I'm at page 104-105 of Coomer's deposition.

Coomer is claiming that his Face Book posts with 300 followers are "private" communications. On the internet but still private.

Arrington (Sidney's lawyer) asks him about his job title at Dominion and whether his title as head of security of a voting software company would think posts to Face Book were private communications. He answers, "yes." The head of security for Dominion thinks Face Book is private.

Let that sink in.

A direct lie and he knows it.....but let's be honest, he knows when he admits it to be true every defamation suit goes down the drain.

Other things we learned about Eric Coomer. He was a skinhead in the 80s. He was a cocaine, heroin and opioids addict. He has a ton of tattoos, including Satanic ones and he has holes in his earlobes nearly a 1/2 inch in diameter from having ear lobe plugs.

Guy is a real head case.

I'm not sure his defamation suit gets much further. When he was asked about the 80 or so deletions from his FB account (yeah, the private FB account that he felt he needed to delete his past posts) he said he did that because some of his posts were out on social media but that they were not national news.

Repeating somebody's exact words from their Face Book posts isn't defamation.

Edit to add: I am not surprised based on the caliber of people we have running our government and government agencies.

In one of his FB posts that elicited a question from one of his "private" followers if he could affect the outcome of the election. His written response was that it would be illegal. When asked about exchange during the deposition, he explained away that it was not impossible to do so but that it "would be detected."

Now I'm sure most people would expect the next question to have been, "Detected how?" BUT in this depos there were very limited subjects on which they could ask questions. So Arrington couldn't follow up.

Had he been able to, would have likely gone something like this:
Warning this is speculation only.

Q: And how would such activity be detected?

A. There would be logs that showed the manipulation and intrusion.

Q: Which logs?

A: The logs on the EMS.

Q: Such as the logs that were deleted in Maricopa County?

LOL.

It seems that the way the Dominion system was supposed to work is

1) Voter turns in ballot at poll
2) Poll worker scans ballot using scanner, creating a digital copy
3) Digital copy is then used to tally the ballots. Onsite? Or transmitted elsewhere? Unknown based on that video.
4) If an audit needs to be performed, they would look and say:
a) Do we have as many physical ballots as we do digital scans?
b) If we spot check a percentage of the scans vs. the physical ballots, do they match?

5) In Maricopa county, according to the video, as many as 10% of the votes either did not match, or could not be located.

If I were a nefarious person, I can't think of a better way to DESIGN a system to cheat than this. Scans are nothing but computer files. They can be deleted, replaced, modified - whatever.

The more complex a system is, the easier it is to cheat it. Only a certain number of people understand how the system works. We know that in many cases the local poll workers did not have access to administrator passwords, only the company tasked with counting the votes.

Screw all this - it has to go back to a SIMPLE system of counting the votes.

WOW!

That article is not well written. I can only assume that since this is in Judge Totenberg's court, it is a continuation of the cases that were combined under Curling v. Raffensperger but the author is unclear which case.

Also, Halderman and Stark were expert witnesses for the plaintiffs in Curling. My recollection is that they didn't have months and months to tear into Dominion's systems nor machines. Dominion waited until the last minute to allow access a few days at most, before the final pre-election hearing.

Also, it is very very rare for any judge to order attorney's eyes only and forbid a party to litigation access to discovery. Usually reserved for CIPA cases.

I'm confused by that article.

Okay. I have watched that a number of times now to try to understand. At first I was thinking it was talking about duplicated ballots not being matched up with the spoiled ballots, military and Braille ballots they replaced. Although that also happened, that wasn't it.

The scanned ballot images were corrupted/missing at the beginning of the process? Or someone doing that later on? Not just deleting them but corrupting the files? Wouldn't that leave some digital fingerprints, somewhere?

Also could this have anything to do with alignment issues on the ballots themselves? Could those misalignments be the cue to the ICX image machine/tabulator to corrupt the image but generate a "counted vote" that was then sent to the EMS?
