More evidence that Raffensberger is part of the GOP establishment working hand in hand with the cheating Democrats. No that we needed more to know this....

Ironic, considering Biden's sorry ass is weaponizing the DOJ to go after concerned parents at school board meeting. FBI better be at my school board meeting should they try to mandate the covid vax for children because all hell is going to break loose.

I don't understand the basis for sealing this report unless it contains source code info. But that would mean that he had access to it somehow. Dominion not's cooperating, so where would he get it? From the escrow company?

Seriously doubt that happened because the terms of those escrow agreements allow for disclosure under very select circumstances and only at the demand of either Dominion or the state agency contracting with them.

Another thing that is confusing. The class action suit was filed in Colorado where Dominion was headquartered. But the tweet says this is in a case in Georgia. That indicates it is the Garland Favorito case in Judge Amero's court. The state has been throwing every ticky-tac procedural hurdle in the book to kick that can down the road.

But if anyone had been paying attention before the election, they would have known Dominion's EMS sucked and was very insecure. A federal judge made a finding of fact that it was. And the experts testifying in that suit on behalf of the plaintiffs are largely the same group that have been involved in the election suits.

I am not altogether sure this Dr. Halberman is a white hat or a black hat though. I seem to recall there was some disagreement between him and Dr. Stark in one of the suits. Dr. Stark, the inventor of the Risk Limited Assessment said that his process wouldn't work reliably on Dominion systems because of how they were configured. Dr. Halberman said the opposite, if memory serves.

just a reminder that the State of Texas rejected Dominion voting machines three different times due to security, reliability, and accuracy issues: in 2012, in January 2019, and again in October 2019.

Quote:

Attorney General Ken Paxton, whose office was involved in the decision to reject the software, said on a radio show this week, "We have not approved these voting systems based on repeated software and hardware issues. It was determined they were not accurate and that they failed they had a vulnerability to fraud and unauthorized manipulation."

the vulnerability isn't a vulnerability, its a feature. Dominion allows the status quo to remain the status quo by manipulating the outcome of the election and keeping the power where it is instead of the people who the people actually voted for.

And that's where the similarities with Smartmatic and Venezuela come into play. There doesn't have to be a direct connection because they employ the same methods, even if using different source codes. They still arrive at the same manufactured result.

Just from looking at the history of electronic voting systems I would be very surprised if there were vast differences between different vendor's source codes. Minor differences, sure, as each new owner might tweak a few things here and there but the basic Election Management Systems are likely very very similar. It would make sense because of the simplicity of what they are designed to do, count votes and throw out votes.

It's not the machine's fault if it isn't calibrated correctly. It is not the machine's fault that it is being directed to look at the wrong part of the ballot using the alignment markers and kick it out to human adjudication. Humans did that.

And in the case of the counting center in Maricopa County, those humans in control of those machines and the counting process were exclusively Dominion employees and contractors with their marching orders.

Archived data on the server, then deleted the data on the server to get around the subpoena.

During Testimony Maricopa County Officials Admit to Deleting 2020 Election Data to Avoid Audit Subpoena

Quote:

Earlier today during a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing on the Arizona vote outcome representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) questioned Maricopa County officials about their deletion of 2020 election data in order to avoid a state senate subpoena for election records.

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers and the boards vice chairman, Bill Gates, admitted they intentionally deleted election data to route it onto an archive file. The archives of the county records were not subpoenaed, that way the county could avoid sending the full 2020 election data to the auditors.

How is that legal, or at least ethical? Why are they not fired immediately and then indicted if illegal? If I had done that, my employer would have kicked me out the door before I knew what hit me.

Slick maneuver. And one that by all rights should warrant a contempt of court finding.

Remember they fought this subpoena in court. If they truly believed that archiving those records made them outside the scope of the subpoena, move for a protective order identifying them. Clearly that didn't happen since Ken Bennett appeared to be caught unawares that the archives even existed.

The only reason not to request the protective order for those archives is to deceive the court.

No bueno.

yeah, intentionally moving or deleting documentation, records, or evidence to hide it from auditors as well as being intentionally obtuse to not provide or share what you know the auditors requested is immediate termination at any company... government entities might be different - maybe they encourage that sort of thing?

These idiots are lying and got caught.

I mean really, they actually said they don't know if it is standard practice to delete (archive) the data. They said it is done to save space on the servers, but couldn't explain how data from elections prior to the 2020 election were still on the server.

They are both liars and clowns simultaneously.
Among the latter, under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep.”

Since these guys claim they didn't have the admin passwords, who had access to archive these? Dominion employees and only Dominion employees? Was that recommended by Dominion?

Were I in the AZ state AGs shoes right now, I'd have those guys separated in my offices and being grilled over that and other questions. These guys aren't smart enough to understand the import of what they are and are not saying. At this point they have lied so much they can't keep their stories straight.

Not that it matters, but both won their Maricopa Supervisor races by the tiniest of margins 50-49% over Democrats. I'm sure they are calculating their answers to curry favor with voters on the other side of the aisle, betting those that already vote Republican won't remember this when they're up for re-election in 2024/25.

I'm disgusted these guys are Republicans, and moreover, disgusted that Sellers comes from my District. I can't wait to help primary him out of office!

On another note, FWIW. (Not much in my view.)

LOL. What a load of hooey.

Quote:

February 2The County took the standard data archival steps to ready the server for certified election experts to audit the equipment, and the County was preparing for the statutorily required March 2021 jurisdictional election.
It is standard to remove and archive logs before every audit, even the ones by ProV&V and SLI? Did they tell them that?

It was so standard that they didn't do it for the previous elections where the files were still on the system?

Precisely. Just like their claims that the routers are data storage devices with sensitive LEO and voter information. Just a blatant lie.

The orchestrator of Fox News' early call of Arizona in the last presidential election is coming back to run the network's decision desk for the 2022 midterms and 2024 elections.

Fox News CEO Suzanne Scott told The Hollywood Reporter that Decision Desk Director Arnon Mishkin will be rehired to be in charge of upcoming election coverage.

Ain't that grand?

Quote:

Fox stirred outrage from its viewers when it called Arizona just minutes after polls closed on election night 2020, while still failing to call Florida for then-President Donald Trump, even though voting had closed almost two hours earlier.
Yet, Maricopa County continued counting votes for another week to ten days after the election. The largest county in Arizona, constituting nearly 62% of the statewide vote had barely begun counting when he made the call. That's some Nostradamus level prognosticating right there.

Just wanted to say, I had no idea voting, counting votes, verifying votes was so complicated and has so many steps. it is just ripe for fraud. This thread has been eye opening.

Between Dominion and Runbeck, the entire election administration has been outsourced to private companies with no accountability nor oversight.

So what are these bags of flesh even being paid to do? Nothing and they show it.

An interesting listen. I hope he follows through.

I found his comments about Cyber Ninjas to be pretty spot on. For any of these audits to have a chance, there has to be people with the power to compel the election boards to provide everything and participate in real time.

The scary part is that is the belief of Attorney General Merrick B. Garland. He is completely unhinged and is opposed to free speech and civil liberties.

The Democratic Party leadership, leftist progressives and legacy media are actively seeking to subjugate any opposing political views.
