Unfortunately, Biden is president. He won the only election that matters. If states sent the wrong electors then there is nothing in the Constitution to reverse the EC votes. The Senate is a different story if massive fraud can be proven.
The way the story reads it seems like he's not interested in Senate races because he's trying to get state AGs to sign on to it and they wouldn't have any standing for another state's Senate race. The lawsuit seems like a loser and Lindell would be better off bankrolling a group to counteract Democracy Docket like the Amistad Project.

WTH?? Sidney Powell's attorneys deposed Eric Coomer on September 23. But the day after that short deposition, the Judge, on her own initiative, issued a protective order barring any release of the transcript.
This is a civil defamation case, by definition the statements being claimed as defamatory are publicly available. Yet for some reason this judge believes this case involves all sorts of "Confidential Information" warranting protective orders? Case doesn't include source code nor proprietary information of Dominion. Coomer sued in his personal capacity.

I'm not happy he's President, but we're going to have to live with him until Jan 2025, unless he croaks, because there's no mechanism to rollback the Electoral College to "un-elect" him, so the only way to remove him is via impeachment and conviction. In Milwaukee, Woodall-Vogg was providing National Vote at Home Wisconsin lead Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein with daily email updates on early voting, and Spitzer-Rubenstein even requested access to the City of Milwaukee's voter database, which Woodall-Vogg declined.

Same thing as happened with the Pro V&V CEO witness in that case. She didn't find his testimony credible either.

Maybe I'm being overly optimistic but I think the MSM floodgates open when/if Dominion gets punched in the face in court. That's the only rationale I can give for the Judge to put such a restrictive protective order in place in the Coomer case.

That's my whole point - Lindell can't prosecute anyone. Look at AZ - they did the audit, gave the state Senate a report, and now it's referred to the AZ AG for investigation/prosecution. That should be how we go about it and pass some new voting procedures.
