The good? Maricopa County Board of Supervisors have surreender and withdrawn their stupid demands about the county needing to buy all new Dominion machines because the audit somehow damaged them. (Admitting they lied.)

Bad news? They kicked it down the road another 30 days before they have to put their money where there mouths are.

They have done this before. They lie and don't follow through.

BUT the State AG is not bound by this that I saw. (Might be wrong about that.) He has his separate authority and can enforce the subpoena no matter what the MCBOS and the state Senate agree to do.

Wait a minute. Earlier reporting about this deal between the state senate and MCBOS was misleading. They will get more access to the routers and spunk logs than I thought.

Soros funded Sheriff is not pleased.

As I always say, when the right pigs are squealing.........

I think at this point the routers will be useless unless they have not been in use since the election. The log data will have been overwritten by now.

You may be correct but MCBOS was singing a different tune about the routers back in May and June. First they had been disconnected and packaged for delivery to the Coliseum for the audit. But when everything arrived and Blackwell did the inventory, they weren't there.

They asked for them again and again. To no avail. Then came the fake story of the routers containing sensitive law enforcement data and voters' personal information and that's why they couldn't be turned over.

We'll see.

From the routers, I would say you are more than likely right. It is likely those logs have been over-written multiple times since in the last 10+ months. The splunk logs; however, should provide a better picture.....even "missng" data or gaps will paint a picture.

Yep, I suspect the splunk logs will be good. If it's obvious the logs have been edited that will open up other legal options as well I suspect.

One would hope, but at this point, I don't know how much more evidence people are going to need before they admit these things are no longer in the realm of "coincidence." Hell, I bet even if people cut deals and started testifying in court to what they did, the MSM would run stories about how people were paid to lie.

Is this some entity confirming audit results, or possibly someone in CyberNinjas finalizing their audit findings? Timing seems consistent. Activity went back to normal several weeks ago per the report...

Just a reminder on the status of this case in Georgia:

This is the case filed by Garland Favorito's group, VoterGa about voting irregularities in Fulton County. Under Georgia law it was deemed an election contest and moved out of Fulton County. That's how Henry County Judge Amero was assigned to the case.

One inspection of 140,000+ mail in ballots scanned images in Fulton County has already been allowed at 600 DPI. From that inspection, Favorito's team (including Jovan Pulitzer) found a very high error rate with duplications, meaning the same ballot was counted more than once. Experts testified on their findings during a hearing urging the court to allow a higher resolution rescan at 1200DPI of the same ballot images and physical access to the ballots and the scanned ballot envelope images for front and back.

Amero ruled that the enhanced scan could take place but put limitations on the envelopes where the voter signatures were on the back of the envelopes. I watched most of that hearing, if not all of it. The Fulton County attorney didn't really put forth much resistance, certainly didn't register any objections to jurisdiction nor venue that I heard.

It was after that ruling that several state agencies filed motions to dismiss, causing Amero to stay his reinspection order pending resolution of those motions to dismiss. (Were I Judge Amero, I would have dismissed the MTDs out of hand as untimely since jurisdiction objections have to be made before a general appearance is entered, not to mention full participation in evidentiary hearings.)

Today is the hearing on those motions to dismiss and whether the inspections can take place per his previous order.

Hope that brings folks up to date as to what is going on today.

I'm looking for news about this on CNN, MSNBC, WaPo, and NYT and I just can't seem to find anything about it. It's like they just ignored the Biden corruption proof, the election interference and fraudulent results, the inflation while the congress wants to print and spend so many trillions to devalue the dollar and invite more inflation, the Afghanistan disaster, the many risks of an open border and millions of mass migrants, etc. ... and they're all still just stuck on orange man bad and covid... trump wrote a letter zzzzomg!!!!!! and gotta get a vaccine shot for all of our grade-school aged little children - most important things going on in the world, you know.

What is a higher DPI going to do? These are basically scantron machines. Can't imagine that 1200dpi is going to matter much more than 600dpi if then ballots were fooked with in the first place.

I would imagine that when you scan at a higher resolution that the fake ballots were printed at, the dots of ink and the artificial nature of the filled in ovals becomes much more clear.

TBH, I had to back track a bit myself. This case has taken some twists and turns that were curious with parties being substituted, dismissed out, only to be reinstated as parties and then having to be served all over again with the new petition naming the substituted parties. The content of the petition didn't change just the style of the case in naming the defendants.

The whole purpose of requiring service is to provide notice of the case. The parties objecting to service back then were in court in previous hearings, on the record in court as as entering appearances. Claiming they had insufficient notice under those circumstances was just BS and a waste of Amero's time and he wasn't very happy about that.

But I should say from my observations of government lawyers from Mueller on to this case, they aren't very smart but will try to use every ticky-tack rule in the book to kick crap down the road and delay things to cover for their general lack of legal talent.

You would be mistaken about that. Those higher resolutions will definitely show many more kinematic artifacts. And from those artifacts can determine the origin of the paper, whether the ballot was hand done or printed and importantly if the same ballot has been counted more than once.

We already have seen security tape of the same batch of ballots being scanned multiple times in Fulton County. Those ballots images at that resolution could establish that as fact and that the outcome of the election was tainted as a result.

Now will that alone accomplish much to change who is in the WH? Not legally.

Do the American people deserve to know whether our election systems are corrupt and lacking integrity? Yes.

Enough dominos fall, electronic voting systems get highly regulated and restricted from being able to pull the crap they have been pulling since at least 2004. (I don't think Bush won n 2004 but there was no way to audit those machines back then as they were paperless.

Update 10:15: After 5 minute break Judge Amero allows Charlene McGowan who is representing the Secretary of State to talk. Judge Amero is asking the State Board of Elections to submit an amicus brief. He is giving them more time. He is staying the litigation until the state submits more information. Amero wants to invite State Board of Elections to submit amicus brief, and GBI, 10 or 20 days

Update 10:20: The county is ecstatic. "We are happy."

Update 10:22: County asks for 20 days delay to put together information. Amero agrees to the request.

Update 10:28: Amero gives the Favorito team 20 days to explain how they will cover the costs for the investigation from today going forward. The sheriff will provide them an estimate of the costs.

Update 10:35: Charlene McGowan who represents the state just claimed the Secretary of State has an open investigation on the 2020 election. This is news to us. She is arguing that the investigation is private and ongoing. Wow.

Why am I skeptical about this secret investigation? Would Raffensperger's office actually plan to do a real investigation and if they do, actually do anything with it?

Yeah, it would help if both sides had confidence in the party doing the investigation rather than suspecting it's self-serving and designed only to produce a certain result.

This weird. I can see where the Georgia Bureau of Investigations could ask for a stay in civil proceedings IF there is an actual criminal case they are about to bring that directly involves the election in Fulton County.

But the Sec of State's office? They can't bring criminal charges, can only refer to the State AG. Besides their investigation started and concluded in November and December respectively of last year before he certified.

Reopening it should have zero effect on a civil suit in my mind.

Also, although it wasn't at Favorito's request, a co-plaintiff had subpoenaed Ruby Freeman and her daughter, along with Ralph Jones for a deposition. Those were imminent when every state agency with even a tangential relationship to the case filed MTDs to stop the depositions. They were successful in that endeavor, thus far.

Going back to AZ, if the routers had been put back in service and the logs effectively over-written in defiance of the subpoena as we can assume, wouldn't that amount to knowingly destroying evidence? There is no way that anyone involved would be ignorant of that fact that those routers were the subject of a subpoena and as such evidence in the case. Shouldn't there be some arrests on that basis alone?

If it were an average citizen, you betcha, but apparently when political, following subpoena's are optional.
