Not sure what Lin/Sydney were thinking, but still find it insane how someone from a state on the top of the fraud list can be so flippant/giddy about the clown show in office and the rush to hide the truth.

Been listening for about the last hour or so. Weird ass hearing. Judge apparently expects plaintiffs to have conducted discovery from defendants before filing suit? The actual people in charge of the election expressed huge concerns.

Quote:

Monica Palmer is the chair of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers. She and fellow Republican William Hartmann came under fire Tuesday night when they refused to certify the vote for the county.

Palmer says discrepancies in Wayne County were noted in the August Primary and were supposed to be addressed by the General Election - but, she says 70 percent of Detroit's absentee counting boards were still out of balance and unexplained.

It is estimated that is less than 400 votes out of the 175,000 absentee ballots cast in the city of Detroit.

"My intent with my no vote was to make sure we got answers so the voters of Detroit can have re-countable precincts," she said. "It has nothing to do with Black or white."

The barrage of criticism toward Palmer and Hartmann came when they suggested they certify the rest of Wayne County but not Detroit.

"Millions of people around the world now on Twitter know the name Monica Palmer and William Hartmann," said Detroit businessman Ned Staebler, during the Zoom meeting, who joined a chorus of Democrat public commenters calling them racists.

The ballots cast in Arizona's largest county in the 2020 election will be counted for a third time on orders from the state's Senate.

Nearly 2.1 million ballots submitted in Maricopa County for the presidential contest were tabulated, as normal, by election officials. They were recounted by hand by audit teams hired by the Arizona Senate in a process that was completed late last month.

Now the Senate will do its own recount that will provide a number to compare to those from the county and from the auditors.

"Maricopa County says there's 2,089,563 ballots. We did the hand count, and they're finalizing that number, but we just wanted a third number to tie everything together, make sure we have morethe more data points, the better," former Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett, the Senate's audit liaison, told The Epoch Times.

The new count will focus on the number of ballots and will not count the actual votes, unlike the first two tabulations.

The Senate will use two counting machines that it purchased to complete the count, Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, told the Arizona Republic.

"We're going to run all the ballots through to see how they match up," she said. "If there ends up being a difference, we'd have another count.

The AZ recount is meaningful. Talked to a big money oil man and Trump fundraising bundler in McAllen during the Trump tour of the unfinished border wall 2 weeks ago. He said that big money R donors are sitting on the fence because, he said, they don't want to donate to an organization that allows elections to be stolen and fails to put up a fight. He said he believed something will be revealed in AZ, GA, or PA or all three. "It's coming," he said. But if nothing comes of these recounts and investigations, he said the big money will dry up for the Rs. "We don't like contributing to a losing effort," he said. Why contribute anything if the process is rigged? he asked.

Big money is involved. I hope this helps the process of unearthing the fraud.
Makes sense.

This is so spot on, and not just with the CM in question. Outcomes are irrelevant. If fraud can produce an outcome you support, it can easily produce one you are against. Once we lose fair elections, we lose the republic and become an oligarchy. In a number of ways, we are closer to this than many are willing to admit.

Edit to add: Filibuster reform by Harry Reid worked out well for the Democrats......Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett thank him for sure. (one example of ignoring rules because you get your way)

If the Arizona audit goes the way it seems to going (suggesting some significant level of fraud), how long before we see the 'no evidence' crowd move the goal posts on what 'widespread fraud' means? After all, Maricopa is just one county.

Their angle is to paint the audit as fraudulent in the public eye. They've been pounding this drum since before the audit even started. Liberals/leftists, Democrats, and their journalists are all pathological liars.

With 60% of the voters in the entire state. Might be just one county but that county controls everything.

Clearly they will attempt to do this. But, the 'no evidence' crowd always qualifies their denial by saying there is no 'widespread' fraud because small fraud operators have already be proven to exist and in some cases, indicted.

I want to know what these people would accept as a definition of 'widespread'? 1%? 5%? 10%? In one county? Statewide? I think 'no widespread fraud' will be a lie they will continue to use every bit as much as trying to discredit the audit for as long as humanly possible. I am just curious what the threshold is.

Bush won Florida by like 550 votes in 2000. Every legal vote must count and every illegal vote should be tossed and prosecuted.

I mean if you're showing numbers anywhere close to the margin of victory then you have to be opposed to fair elections if that's not considered "widespread". So far the Dems are still pretending to want fair and free elections so if you find evidence to the contrary, it starts by showing how it changed the results of the state.

No state alone can accomplish that. But multiple states could.

If by winning by any means is "fair" game and they are "free" to do what it takes.

We are too far along to do anything about 2020, and don't have enough time to legitimately do anything about 2022, but something has to be done by 2024. Let the facts fall where they may and clean up the process. It shouldn't be some impossible task to run an election.

One of the reasons for the over-reaction to Jan 6 probably also ties to the fact that really only some kind of return to the tar-feather pitchforks and torches style accountability by massive public demonstrations against politicos is going to restore good conduct. That event probably looked like a call to accounting.

Holy crap is right --- is this confirmed, not some Internet rumor or ginned up fake tweet???!!

Its been clear for a while most of the DOJ is a fraud, but this would mean basically all of it was last year too.

This might rate its own thread if its true. This is big actually, for any who had some iota in trust was at least trying.

'MartyrMade' is a Twitter account that posted a lengthy thread that was featured on Tucker Carlson's show. He nails why conservatives feel the way they do about the 2020 election which has its roots in the Russian collusion hoax and the liberal media's nauseating behavior over the past four years. It also highlighted something rather disturbing which is that a nation cannot function if half of it feels like its governing institutions work to exclude them from the process. For conservative families that are patriotic, give their kids copies of the Constitution, and encourage them to enlist to serve in our armed forces, you can see why there's such an intense reaction to when liberals trash the country, burn the flag, and don't stand for the national anthem. Also, this account notes how intelligence agencies using fake evidence to spy on a presidential campaign would be received horribly by normal patriots.

It's a lengthy thread that summarizes everything. How the FBI lied about the Steele Dossier, how they knew it was Democratic opposition research, how Comey knew the document's originsand how everyone lied about it until they couldn't do so anymore. Then, there's the media's pervasive gaslighting on the issue, coupled with their mob-like behavior concerning anything they find disagreeable, like painting Brett Kavanaugh as a gang rapist with zero evidence. To make matters worse, the media doesn't care that they lie. When cornered, they don't admit defeatthey double-down. And now with Big Tech censoring news, more gas has been poured on this fire. The thread noted how the media would react if the contents of Donald Trump Jr.'s laptop were revealed. I think you all know what the conclusion would be. The main point is that it's the liberal media, the Democrats, and our intelligence agencies' pervasive lying that's provided the tinder for this firestorm. But the mean tweets, folks. That was the real problem. If anything, we're reminded with each day how it's the Left that's the true rot of America, one that's eaten our institutions from the inside out. They've reached a new, odious level of evolution in that feat.
You can read the full exchange here

THIS WAS IN THE WRAP UP OF THE ARTICLE. MY RED FACE IS BECAUSE OF THE TRUTH IN THE ARTICLE--NOT AT THE WRITER:

Quote:

a) The entrenched bureaucracy & security state subverted Trump from Day 1, b) The press is part of the operation, c) Election rules were changed, d) Big Tech censors opposition, e) Political violence is legitimized & encouraged, f) Trump is banned from social media. 34/x

They were led down some rabbit holes, but they are absolutely right that their gov't is monopolized by a Regime that believes they are beneath representation, and will observe no limits to keep them getting it. Trump fans should be happy he lost; it might've kept him alive.

We also may already know all of this, not sure.

Too funny. From 2008:

Quote:

MATTHEWS: Very last question. There's word from Florida that they intend to put out a mailing sort of a campaignI mean, an election process, whereby they make up for the primary they had before, which was ruled out of order by the Democratic National Committee and you did not campaign in. They're talking about mailing itpeople mailing in their ballots. Do you trust the security, the honesty of such an election process?

OBAMA: Well, I think we would have to figure out whether this was fraud- proof. I mean, Oregon, for example, has a terrific mail-in system, but they've already scanned everybody's signatures who's registered to vote so that they can check to make sure that in fact the right people are voting.
And that's something that I think you'd have to figure out.

Quote:

Petitioners in a lawsuit organized by VoterGA to inspect Fulton County ballots have added stunning claims in their amended complaint and provided new evidence from public records that show Fulton County's hand count audit of the November 3 rd 2020 election was riddled with massive errors and provable fraud.

The team's analysis revealed that 923 of 1539 mail-in ballot batch files contained votes incorrectly reported in Fulton's official November 3rd 2020 results. These inaccuracies are due to discrepancies in votes for Donald Trump, Joe Biden and total votes cast compared to their reported audit totals for respective batches. Thus, the error reporting rate in Fulton's hand count audit is a whopping 60%.

One type of error discovered involved duplicate results reporting for batches of ballots. The team found at least 36 batches of mail-in ballots with 4,255 total extra votes were redundantly added into Fulton Co. audit results for the November election. These illicit votes include 3,390 extra votes for Joe Biden, 865 extra votes for Donald Trump and 43 extra votes for Jo Jorgenson.

But it is not simply a case of errors. The VoterGA team found 7 falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals for their respective batches. For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden, 42 for Donald Trump and 0 for Jo Jorgenson was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump. The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump and 0 votes for Jorgenson.
I remember when that recount was being done. It was clear that when the batches were being run through the tabulators, the tabulators were only counting the number of ballots, not the actual votes. But whatever was written on that batch's tally sheet was relied upon as the correct results.

Quote:

Fulton Co. failed to include over 100,000 tally sheets, including more than 50,000 from mail-in ballots, when the results were originally published for the full hand count audit conducted by the office of the Secretary of State for the November 3rd 2020 election. Those tally sheets remained missing until late February when the county supplemented their original audit results.

Petitioners contend that Fulton County did not provide drop box transfer forms for at least three pickup days when obligated to do so via an Open Records Request. Those missing forms are still
needed to provide chain of custody proof for about 5,000 ballots.

The VoterGA data team also found over 200 Fulton County mail-in ballot images containing votes not included in the hand count audit results for the November election. All these anomalies are now included in the Fulton County ballot inspection lawsuit as additional counts of how the Equal Protection and Due Process Constitutional rights of Georgia voters were violated.

Not sure if this is related as the memory is fuzzy--- but I could swear at this recount they had Republican observers during the recount that caught the counters tallying votes for Biden when the ballot clearly showed the vote was for Trump.

He's kind of like a mosquito to the GA governor, AG, and all GA Dems. He gets shewed away, circles around, and attacks someplace else. Or maybe covid reporting by the media is a better example. There seems to be an additional variant every day, and it never goes away.

I remember that as well.

At first, I was hopeful when they started a limited random audit in Fulton County and then halted the thing after an hour and ordered the recount. The implication was that they found a large enough error rate to alarm them to order the recount.

But then the way they conducted the recount (Rick Barron announcing that 109,000 out of 113,000 ballots were adjudicated) from the top down with Ratfricker controlling the final numbers, the reliance on tally sheets, not using the tabulators to count votes instead of just the # of ballots per batch.

It was the way they used the tabulators that had me SMDH. Run a batch, print the tape, then hand count to verify the numbers being reported by the tabulator, no? But Ratfricker knew he couldn't do that. The tabulators were set up in such a way to inaccurately report the vote totals.

The other thing that is amazing to me is how much Favorito's team was able to discern with ballot images at 200 dpi resolution.
