These illicit votes include 3,390 extra votes for Joe Biden, 865 extra votes for Donald Trump and 43 extra votes for Jo Jorgenson.

But it is not simply a case of errors. The VoterGA team found 7 falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals for their respective batches. For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden, 42 for Donald Trump and 0 for Jo Jorgenson was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump. The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump and 0 votes for Jorgenson.

I remember when that recount was being done. It was clear that when the batches were being run through the tabulators, the tabulators were only counting the number of ballots, not the actual votes. But whatever was written on that batch's tally sheet was relied upon as the correct results.

In this case, I'm glad it's a civil matter due to Raffensberger being corrupt, crooked, and bent (sounds like a C&W song).

But, isn't fraud of any kind a criminal matter, or is each case of fraud determined by each state? I'm not to far from putting Raffensberger in the same category as the Michiga AG. You've heard me go off on her. Her colors were easy to see, Raffensberger is a better politician, liar, and crook than Dana Nessel in Michigan.

With her law license possibly on the line, a very antagonistic federal judge who can throw her in jail at the drop of a hat? Fink was unprofessional and over the top. The judge was dictatorial and asking all of the questions instead of the movants presenting their motion, etc. just a screwed up hearing all of the way around.

Judge Parker is just a female version of Judge Sullivan, a partisan hack with a robe and a gavel.

What I think happened to Sidney in the immediate aftermath of the election was just an avalanche of information buried both her and Rudy and they were overwhelmed and it showed. Too many needles in a haystack the size of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Sad but was a self-inflicted wound.

They already have. Their new criminal lawyers were the ones filing the motions to dismiss Favorito's case. Those motions are still pending. Judge Amero has not ruled yet.

Problem is the inventor of risk limiting audits, Phillip Stark, testified that the Dominion System is not set up to have a verifiable risk limiting audit performed.

What gets me in that press briefing is how much BS Brad is shoveling to convince people that everything was going to be proven 100% accurate is short order and that all investigations will be thoroughly run to ground. None of that was true.
