He also pointed to extensive notes by an election monitor hand-picked by Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger; those notes revealed the inspector's belief that "massive" election issues were playing out in Fulton County before and during the 2020 election, including double counting and serious chain-of-custody and security issues surrounding absentee ballots. https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/elections/ga-investigators-election-day-notes-reveal-chaotic-unsecured-ballot
Time for Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to shut up and hire an attorney?

Thank you to everyone that contributes and updates this thread! I bet I check it several times per day. I am not a Q-Nut, but I do think the 2020 Presidential election was rotten to the core. I have no idea on how the election results will be changed, but we as American citizens should be mad as hell once the corruption is exposed and revealed. I fully support the forensic audits...simply for my peace of mind.

Why you gotta throw in the "Q-nut" crap? I followed Q thoroughly, but never walked away looking for Bigfoot or preaching any theories that i feel would be considered nutty. I viewed it as a movement urging people to research things and think for themselves. I followed the crumbs to all sorts of issues/topics and looked into them and at them from my own personal perspective. I think Q is one of the more misunderstood things i have witnessed in some time. Yes some people who followed Q might have exuded qualities that were nutty, but for the whole thing to get labelled that, is ridiculous.

Relax man, I'm sure he didn't mean it in a negative way. Y'all are on the same side. I never followed Q but it didn't grab my attention and wasn't going to read that thread to catch up. It interested some and not others, that's all.

I'm not saying Trump didn't win the county, but I bet the true numbers are quite a bit different.

Who did the Senate hire to audit the numbers? Are they going to be made public? How long did they recount, if it wasn't an audit? These are among about 10 to 15 other questions I have, and just have zero confidence in any political body, republican or democrat, putting forth a report on anything.

I just perused the article, but saw nothing about an audit, so I guess it was just a recount.

I haven't read the whole thing yet but there is this:

Quote:

OVERVIEW OF INVESTIGATION
The Committee received many complaints of election fraud throughout the state in the days
following the 2020 election. The Committee reviewed these claims through several avenues,
including but not limited to the manners outlined below:

Engaged with local and county election ofcials to discuss the procedures utilized to administer
the election, in addition to confrming certain vote totals where alleged misreporting occurred.

Researched the claims of deceased individuals having a vote cast in their name by reviewing
obituaries, various online databases, social media posts, as well as speaking with individuals
who made the claims or were the subject of those claims.

Called individuals who were said to have received unsolicited absentee ballots through the mail.

Subpoenaed and reviewed documentation of communications from the secretary of state's
ofce regarding pre-election mailings.

Subpoenaed and reviewed documents and communications from the Livonia and Detroit city
clerks related to election activities and vote tabulation.

Received testimony from Kent County Clerk Lisa Lyons, Ingham County Clerk Barb Byrum,
Lansing City Clerk Chris Swope, and Grand Rapids City Clerk Joel Hondorp, regarding the
election processes in their respective municipalities and any reforms they would recommend.

Received testimony from Antrim County Clerk Sheryl Guy, detailing the events that led to the
reporting of incorrect, unofcial vote tallies which cascaded into accusations of vote switching
and machine tampering in Antrim County.

Received many hours of frst-hand testimony regarding the events that transpired at the TCF
Center on and around Election Day. This testimony was in addition to the more than 200
sworn afdavits submitted by frst-hand and second-hand witnesses that were reviewed by the
Committee.

Received testimony from Chris Thomas, the Senior Elections Advisor for the city of Detroit at
the time of the November 2020 election and former Michigan state director of elections, who
was stationed at the TCF Center.

Received testimony from Dominion Voting Systems CEO,John Poulus, on the company's role in
providing voting equipment to several Michigan municipalities and whether they played a role
in the reporting of incorrect results in Antrim County. Testimony was also received from officials
representing Dominion competitors, Election Systems & Software (ES&S) and Hart InterCivic
regarding those same issues.

The chair and individual committee members researched additional claims of election fraud or
impropriety made by individuals in Michigan and from across the country.
Basically, they just talked to people and reviewed testimony. There was no audit and hardly a real investigation. They have no basis to conclude that there was no fraud IMO.

Edit: I did find the section discussing the audit and there is a link to the audit methodology, I will have to look at this later though. Don't have the time right now.

Edit: The link to the audit manual appears to be dead. Shocker.

Not to mention Rudy was sitting there when witness after witness came forward to testify as to what they had seen during their shifts as either workers or observers. He attached affidavits from other people to court filings.

IOW, if he lied, then all of those people are liars as well.

He was afforded due process.

His license was suspended by the Supreme Court of New York pursuant to a grievance lodged against him. There were hearings, he had a chance to respond to all accusations, the Court weighed the evidence and found he violated the Rules of Professional Conduct applicable to attorneys licensed in the state. He has the opportunity to appeal.

Which part isn't due process?

Process... Shmocesss... Court was in the tank from the outset. Didn't matter they were going to rule against him no matter what... Just like all those courts that refused to hear anything on voter fraud over and over again... Same song different verse here.. if you believe any fraud occurred you are a crazy conspiracy theorist and you will be squashed and destroyed because they cant allow it to be known that yes the election really was stolen.

Same as Twitter and Facebook. If you don't see the purge of conservatism from this country then you aren't very smart. The Marxist left is going for a full takeover and they are using lib states and cities as well as the media lapdogs to help with the revolution.

Although the reasons given for suspending Rudy's license are specious at best, from Patrick Byrne's descriptions of his encounters with Rudy early on the election contest activities, it was clear to him that Rudy was going rogue to some degree and that he lacked a fundamental understanding of what the evidence was and what it wasn't.

Statistical anomalies are noted by different parties across different states from the live feeds at approximately the same time. Then the affidavits from the people within those locations corroborate that activity occurred which could cause said anomalies. Then there are the IT experts that convinced Judge Totenberg that Dominion Voting Systems were deeply flawed and very unsecured systems. More corroboration. Add the layers of the election officials breaking the law under the guise of covid precautions. Add in the Zuckbucks, CTCL "grants" with claw back provisions for another layer. Now you have intent.

And so on.

In fairness to Correction, which is hard to do, he seems to be correct---as far as we know.

Hawg and other legals can correct me, but as Hawg said, it appears they're picking out a single similar comment out of a bunch of other similar comments. Me personally, I'd nearly bet my life this is government gone wild, which means injustice.

Especially since the NY AG, or the NY DA (can't remember which one) finally went ahead and opened an investigation into Trump based on his tax returns. I'd LOVE to see that evidence.

To be honest, I am surprised it took this long. I think, to some extent, he, Sydney, and Lin Wood put themselves in this situation. I believe a lot of what they brought to light were legitimate irregularities which need to be reviewed/addressed, but each had a handful of statements which were a bit over the top.

That said, this is absolutely a political hit. Saying now that Rudy doing this directly caused the January 6 capital protest (or whatever you want to label it). This part strikes me as suspect too:

Quote:

Mr. Giuliani's lawyers, John Leventhal and Barry Kamins, said in a statement that they were disappointed that the panel had acted before holding a hearing on the allegations.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-calls-michigan-gop-backed-181500770.html

Quote:

Former President Donald Trump labeled the Michigan state Senate's election investigation that confirmed President Joe Biden's victory a "cover up" Thursday.

Trump, who acknowledged Monday that he hasn't conceded the November race, ridiculed the state Senate Oversight Committee's investigation, the results of which were announced a day before.

He called out Mike Shirkey, the majority leader of the state Senate, and Ed McBroom, the head of the committee, claiming they are "doing everything possible to stop Voter Audits in order to hide the truth about" the election. Trump also urged supporters in Michigan to "vote them the hell out of office" if they don't "do the right thing."
. . .
"Instead of doing a Forensic Audit, they want to investigate the Patriots who have fought for the truth and who are exposing a very possibly Rigged Election," Trump added. "The truth will come out and RINO's will pay at the polls, especially with primary voters and expected challenges.

Trump and many of his supporters have called for forensic audits, such as the review in Maricopa County, Arizona, and in various states he lost in 2020.

This is a little bit of a sidebar, but doesn't it seem like the Dems are using January 6th as their Reichstag Fire?

"Oh, the communists burned down the Reichstag, I must assume full power and control"! Pelosi just ordered that investigation to day. Wonder if they'll look at the over 10,000 hours of video that show a minimum of 20 FBI officials invading the Capitol.

I suspect the event on the 6th was supposed to be way worse than what actually happened. It would explain the talking points not matching reality.
