I don't know how I missed this part. The two companies doing the first audit were the same who blessed the config/equipment. What do you think they are going to do? Admit they did something wrong in the beginning, lawyer up, and prepare for massive punitive damages likely to shutter the company? Yeah, not sure we can take your word for it.
Oh yes! Pro V&V even testified on Dominion and Raffensperger's behalf in the pre-election case in Georgia.

There are very few "accredited" electronic voting machine independent labs. SLI and Pro V&V by far do the most work. But the agency doin the accreditation, the EAC is full of employees that worked for Dominion for years before hand.

The guy down in Maricopa County selected by the dirty Sec of State to be her spy in the audit, Ryan Macias, was previously with EAC, when Dominion's Democracy Suite software was approved. He's adamantly opposed to the audit.

Why? He passed the software and hardware. All should be good and the audit should prove that, right?

TGP's Jordan Conradson spoke with Senate Liasion Ken Bennett for another update before the guests arrived on the floor.
Quote:

Jordan Conradson: I understand Georgia is in the house right now?

Ken Bennett: There's a couple of legislators from Georgia and one from Alaska that are in the building right now. I've heard Virginia, I've heard Wisconsin, you've now told me, Colorado, Nevada was in a few days ago, Pennsylvania last week. It's becoming a popular place.

Conradson: Are you expecting to have, over the next few days, more tours?

Bennett: I'm told that every day this week there is some elected official coming in from some state. Today is Tuesday and if that pattern continues well have somebody in Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Conradson: It looks like they're starting to max out on forensic tables, correct?

Bennett: We are beyond 80% I'm told, as far as counting the ballots, which is the first step. Then, it goes to the paper evaluation and they are well behind the counting levels in paper evaluation. I'm told that we'll probably be finished with the counting of the ballots by the end of this week or sooner, and then all of the resources will shift to the paper evaluation. You can already see that paper evaluation has been increased significantly. There's now 32 working tables and another probably 16 positions on the floor awaiting equipment and things like that. Once the counting is over this week at some time, all resources will shift to the paper evaluation.

Holy crap. Even with duckduckgo, tech companies have done an amazing job in jacking up the ability to search for public documents. Every search for routers, maricopa, audit, etc etc is at least 5 pages deep with websites pushing the "dangerous audit" narrative.

As for the band of misfits in Maricopa, God help them if they had to go through a post data breach audit for HIPAA or PCI-DSS etc. If I were a member of the HHS committee for Arizona, I would be dragging asses into committee to explain the comments about healthcare data in places it shouldn't be and in a non-encrypted form which could be compromised. Are we to believe, as a network engineer for the county, I could login to a router and see law enforcement and vital information?

"Did you kill that man?"

"No sir, that man is not one of the people I killed."

Garland Favorito was part of the Georgia delegation that went to Maricopa.

Quote:

After the Georgia delegation of Georgia State Senator Burt Jones, State Senator Brandon Beach and elections expert Garland Favorito inspected the facility, TGP's Jordan Conradson spoke with Garland Favorito for updates on the Georgia election lawsuit.

Conradson: Mr. Favorito, I just want to thank you for the heroic work that you're doing in Georgia.

Favorito: Thank you. We've got a whole bunch of people behind us, it's not just me. I'm just the face of an incredible movement in Georgia.

Conradson: The latest reports are that it will not be until June 21st for the next hearing on the Fulton County ballots. Can you tell us more about where this case is at?

Favorito: The Fulton County officials filed some last-ditch motions to try to avoid being the defendants in the case, which is not gonna work out. The Board of Elections is kind of finger-pointing at the county. The county's kind of finger-pointing at the process and then the board, so we'll have to go back to court and resolve all those little technical difficulties which they're all related to something that Georgia calls Sovereign Immunity and they're all claiming that they're immune from being defendants in lawsuits. So, that's really not the case, it's just a matter of the judge deciding who is the real defendant. We just served them all and said "we'll let the judge pick who's going to be the defendant".

Conradson: Is it true that you're not expecting the audit and counting to start Georgia until after July 4th?

Favorito: I think July would be realistic as probably the earliest date because once the decision is made even if the decision was made on June 21st, which we don't even know if that will happen it could be another 30-day delay but even if that decision was made it takes us a couple of weeks to get everything set up. You know, we need to make sure we got all the equipment we have to arrange for what they call a special master and everything's gotta be scheduled so realistically it would be two or three weeks from the decision day.

Conradson: Do you have any comment on Ruby Freeman and her daughter being subpoenaed for their role in the November 3rd election?

Favorito: Right, so that's a good thing that they're going to be deposed at some point in time. We think that these new motions will delay those depositions most likely until after they're resolved but then we will be able to ask them some questions at some point in time. We would prefer to do the inspection first before we ask the questions but another group of the plaintiffs wants to get them going right away so they're going to move forward on that and I'm guessing that it will be soon after the decision is made to continue with the inspection.

Conradson: Do Fulton County officials have any more tricks up their sleeve?

Favorito: Now that they have hired criminal defense attorneys without any elections experience and without being authorized by the Board of Elections it's really, really strange so I would think they have more tricks up their sleeve you know we could see another 30-day delay past June 21st and they'll probably throw something else at us but I don't we got into technicalities now so I don't see they haven't been able to come up with anything concrete that would stop this inspection from going forward that I can see.

7 months since the election and still no evidence of significant fraud. Weren't we promised a kraken? And still some people are grasping at straws on the 100th "audit". It didn't happen, people.

I don't want to derail this informative thread, but I think it would be appropriate for some of the "no evidence" crowd like blacksox from the quote above to come here and tell us how they think just the stories on the printed ballots and the remote anonymous logins are not evidence. How long can they stick fingers in ears and heads in sand and pretend there is no evidence.

all the evidence is not evidence to them because cnn, msdnc, nyt, etc. didn't mention it and marxist authoritarian left silencing of opposing political views, hyper-inflation, skyrocketing crime rates, mass illegal migration, dependence on foreign sources of energy, industry and job killing, and middle east unrest is better than mean tweets.

also, if they just say it's been debunked, then BAM! It's debunked! no need to even ask anymore questions or attempt an investigation. in fact, don't dare attempt an audit if someone with conflicts of interest already said it's been debunked. they'll fight you on that.

As I found out yesterday, it is getting damn near impossible to find things on the web which you KNOW exist. If I know it exists and have to spend 30 minutes in different search engines to find it, you can bet someone on social media and listening solely to MSM will have no idea it existed to begin with.

Why not just wait for the justice system to work like it is for the 1/6 feckless folks who wished to perpetrate harm and threaten the Republic? Jail seems to be an adequate punishment rather than violence.

They seem to mostly rue their actions.

Likewise if it were Biden supporters that stormed the capitol on 1/6, it would have been a 24 hour news cycle. Since it was supposedly Trump supporters (with lefties mixed in), it is "one of the biggest attacks on American democracy in history". If it weren't for hypocrisy the ideology of liberals wouldn't exist.

I know many police officers won't because of honor and duty to commitment, a foreign concept to leftist progressives.
Among the latter, under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep.”

Imagine thinking that there wasn't already a two tiered justice system in this country. Oh hey almost all of the people who rioted and burned and looted DC during the BLM riots were out on the streets within 24/48 hours. Almost all of the 1/6 protestors held indefinitely without bail and without access to exculpatory evidence.

Police shoot and kill BLM protestor... national news and you know the officer's name, face, home address and more within 24 hours. Police shoot and kill 1/6 protestor... hidden from public view and all information shoved in a dark hole.

There is zero reason for someone on the right to believe that they will be treated the same as someone on the left in our justice system.

Can you imagine if a Trump supporter torched a police station in an Democrat stronghold? There would be months of media moaning about racism, white supremacy, and "right wing extremists". I just don't see how posters like the above can not see the hypocrisy of the people that share his political beliefs. I don't care what you believe politically, having two standards of justice from both the media and law enforcement for people with opposing political views is highly destructive to any society. Liberals and Democrats have shown time and time again that they do not care as long as long as they perceive it as politically beneficial to themselves. It's what happens when more than half of the country completely abandons ethics and morality. It has to stop!

Just a reminder:

Quote:

The US Election Assistance Commission (EAC) believes Dominion Voting Systems machines in Michigan use "modem transmission features" and "do not match the EAC-certified system configuration," according to a letter the inspector general of the EAC sent to U.S. Congressman Bill Posey, which was obtained by National File. A top Dominion executive reportedly testified that his machines use cellular modems, which experts previously said "make Michigan elections vulnerable."

EAC is an independent agency of the government created by the Help America Vote Act of 2002. Part of the EAC's mandate is to provide information and resources regarding election administration throughout the country. While the EAC is critical of the use of cellular modems to transmit data, Dominion CEO John Poulos reportedly testified on December 15 that while Dominion machines are not connected to the Internet, in some places they use cellular modems to transmit results after hours.
Quote:

In addition, even if a state purchases an EAC-certified system, a state may alter the certified configuration for state-specific requirements (such as straight-party voting or modem transmission of results). Each state performs its own system certifications, to include those state-specific requirements," the office of the inspector general for the EAC wrote to Congressman Posey. "For example, EAC believes Michigan may use modem transmission features in at least some of its Dominion voting systems.

Dominion has not applied through EAC for certification of a voting system configuration that includes modem transmission, so if Michigan's Dominion systems use modem 4 transmission, their systems do not match the EAC-certified system configuration. However, Michigan would have certified its configurations of its systems in accordance with the state law cited above."

Quote:

Many researchers and election integrity activists say no.

They say Michigan could be vulnerable as one of at least four states along with Florida, Illinois, and Wisconsin that use cellular modems to transmit unofficial election results.

In an Oct. 2 letter to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, 30 academics, security experts and election integrity activists including a computer science professor at the University of Michigan expressed "grave concerns" about the devices.

Quote:

They said use of the modems makes election results vulnerable to tampering and could result in malware infecting election machines. They asked the federal government to warn states and local agencies against their use.

I do believe that most of the folks that entered the Capitol assumed they would be be allowed to walk through as long as they stayed non-violent. Capitol Police reinforced that with their actions. We've watched BLM and Antifa riot and burn cities for the past year. A normal Joe walking through the capitol live-streaming seems pretty tame by comparison. The feds showed who they support. It would have been easy enough to give even feigned acknowledgement of the Right's grievances with the election. Instead they doubled down and kicked the propaganda into overdrive. This all but guarantees that the next "insurrection" will be serious and violent. It was too much to ask that Conservatives could blow off some steam and have their voices heard like we've been hearing from Marxists BLM and Antifa all year in numerous cities including DC. The next time we hear from Conservatives it won't look like a field trip to the Capitol.
