Well considering Michigan bureaucrats and courts ignored the law as written in legislation, I hold little hope for honest transparent elections in the future.

It seems to be up to legislators to step in and write laws and back them up with accountability and criminal liabilities.

Thus they have duplicate ballots with zero reference matching an original And the early tally sheets for batches of 200 have a space wherein if a defective ballot is sent to duplication, it is to be noted on those tally forms. They are not so noted.

They can't match the batches.

MCBOS only provided basic poll worker access passwords. What Mr. Cotton says he needs is either the admin passwords or technicians passwords.

Without those, the MCBOS cannot validate any of the configuration of any of those systems. Says the MCBOS can only rely what on what Dominion and Pro V&V tells. Zero verification possible.

Meeting adjourned. Senator Fann expressed her disappointment that MCBOS has indulged in personal attacks against her and others. Praised the professionalism of the audit team. Pointed out the any "waste" of taxpayers funds was due to the actions of MCBOS refusing access in the already secured MTEC building that they control.

Thus the were forced to rent the coliseum, pay for all of the additional security, etc. that would not have been necessary had the MCBOS allowed the audit to place in situ.

Bennett said he saw a box of Braille ballots that literally are ringed binders. Obviously those have to be duplicated to be tabulated. Even the original Braille ballots were missing the identifying number that should be matched to the number on the duplicate ballot reflecting that voter's choices. That galled me to no end.

Hopefully the data he recovered was NOT files of Dominion reconstructed data to obfuscate or replace the original data.
