Where is Mapplethorpe to explain this to us?
Getting his talking points and boning up on pretending to be an expert.

This election is being stolen, period, end of story.

So if Pelosi and McConnell change the procedures, there is no hope for us?
There is very little hope right now of preventing Biden from being inaugurated. The fraud will be proven and if he's still POTUS he will be impeached in late January 2023, as will Harris. McCarthy will be acting President until January 2025.

That's where I see all of this ending up.

Sounds like we're past the time for a real-life Scott Coleman to dole out term limits.

He doesn't even pretend to be an expert on anything, he just pretends he's clueless about any of the facts and thus to him they don't exist. Not worth any honest poster's time to engage with him.

What a crazy 4 years this could be.

But after all the democrats put us through for the past 4...strap yourselves in.

I hope the Republicans make it as difficult as possible for Biden/Harris, Pelosi, and Schumer.

I see the evidence and believe Trump won 99.9%, too many things going on that if it was cheese I would not eat it. But my concern is the left has been packing courts and there is too much money behind the scenes to let me believe the Dems and CCP will let Trump win. I mean Pelosi and Feinstein are worth almost a quarter billion being members of congress. Feinstein has had 2 known CCP spies working for her in the past 10 years.
The Dems have been packing the courts but Trump has been undoing a lot of that.

The republic, as we knew it, is gone. And even after Biden and Harris are booted will remain.

We haven't been able to get rid of ObamaCare after ten years. The damage Biden and Harris will do before January 2023 will be beyond recovery. They hate this republic and will destroy it.

SIAP but Arizona AG filed an amicus brief in the battle over the legislative committees' subpoena for Maricopa County. He sides with the legislature having the authority to subpoena the materials sought. (Maricopa County Attorney had argued that the subpoenas violated separation of powers. Very stupid argument so this isn't that much of a surprise but thought it noteworthy at least.)

Here is the brief

What makes our country great is that our system is built for this. The natural swings from one side to the other keeps us moving forward and fairly balanced.

When one party gets too out of whack the system adjusts to throw them out and swing the other direction for a while.

The mechanism for this is the people vote to throw the ones going to far out.

The problem is that the politicians hate that the people have control and they have to suck up to the plebeians to keep their jobs. Kind of like a hotel or company that hates their customers.

We're at a point where the vote can't be trusted and the political class is working to take that power away from us (on both sides of the aisle). It's a critical juncture that everyone should be concerned about and why many of us know they are using hatred of trump to get people to go along with their scheme.

It's not about Trump but those ignoring the fact our election system stinks to get rid of him are severely damaging the country and will regret it IMO.

I don't know if we are too far gone to have a "correction" that either side will see as legitimate. Our electoral system is broken and when only one side acknowledges that, getting the consensus to fix it is not there.

I hold out some hope that the same states that supported the State of Texas SCOTUS suit, band together to look into a civil RICO suit against Dominion, Zuckerberg, Abrams, etc. though. (Yes, RICO has both a criminal and a civil component.)

I cannot fathom how people like Comey and Mueller can just turn their backs on Justice and how Bill Barr can just walk away knowing what he's heard about voter irregularities. Corruption rules and there is absolutely no recourse. This isn't the country I was reared in or the principles I wore a uniform to defend. The sun has set on the only democratic republic in the world.

On Barr, I've read that he stepped out of the AG role so now he can be called as a witness and testify. Don't know if true.

comey and mueller seem downright corrupt.

That theory doesn't make any sense. He's not an eye witness to any fraud & if he was testifying as an investigator he would not have to step down

Long, about 45 minutes but a very good discussion of the legal quandary we are in with the Constitution, the Electors Clause, the Electoral Count Act, Gohmert's suit and the precedent behind it. Easily understandable for IANAL types. Highly recommend even if you are a lawyer and think you fully understand the interplay here. I learned a couple of things I did not know that were favorable to Trump.

Thank you for the link. Listening at 2x speed, so only 20 some minutes.

Fascinating video. Of note he mentioned twice, "they are OK with lawlessness" referring to the Supreme Court refusing to hear the evidence and Congressmen refusing to investigate the evidence. Both for violating state law and separation of powers and clear evidence fraud.

Also interesting on what the Constitution states concerning the electorate and potential outcomes. Especially in light of the history behind previous decisions.
Among the latter, under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep.”
Thomas Jefferson, Letter to Edward Carrington, January 16, 1787

You might recall I started a similar thread back in late November (I think) asking when are all the violations of state election codes going to be addressed? If an election is held outside of the applicable laws, how can the integrity of the election not be damaged and severely so?

I am tired of the canard that "it wasn't enough to change the outcome." To which I reply, "How in the hell can you possibly even have any proof to support that opinion? No one does."

But there is plenty of evidence showing the elections in those battleground states were not secure by any traditional definition.

One last thing about the video and the Gohmert case. The remedy requested is essentially one for guidance, that is declaratory judgment of what is and is not the proper procedure under the Constitution. The court won't be throwing out any votes, nor even electors. It is not their place to do so under the nature of his pleading.

A declaratory judgment could have far reaching implications but in and of itself, is very benign. And I say that whichever way it might go. I just want to know which rules apply on January 6th because right now no one truly knows until a court rules on the questions presented.

Indeed. Although I was a supporter of Citizen's United when it originally was handed down now I have to revisit that in light of what has since transpired. It is not that Zuckerberg gave money to help with election efforts, it is the strings that were attached to the grants and they way they were disproportionately allocated that is the problem.
