Somebody will need to start collecting all of the weird actions being taken by officials and point to the laws that govern these actions.

Taking a one day break from reporting?

Where exactly does Nevada law state they can just take a day of silence when the vote is to close?

And if is law, why?

I think COVID showed us laws don't matter anymore.
"What country before ever existed a century and a half without a rebellion? And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure." Thomas Jefferson

But is 80/20 a vertical line with no slant whatsoever?

Yes. They're ALL vertical lines because they're reported in discrete amounts at discrete times. If you could zoom in, it's a giant stair step graph. It looks slanted from afar because the increments are mostly very small, but if you could zoom in they'd all be vertical. Those are most likely large batches of mail in ballots being reported, and we may see more.

Completely legitimate cheating definitely.

That's precincts, not votes. Not all precincts have the same number of votes.

I don't think anyone here is Hitler for supporting Trump. And especially not you, who I know is a good Aggie and a Star Wars fan.

It's fine. the mood is testy so it came across negatively more than jocular. Perhaps due to your tendency to show up here to gloat.

The home team here is certainly the Aggies in football and Rs in politics. and yes I see that phrase used occasionally in politics.

Personally I never say that for football (that I recall) or politics - it's condescending.

Moving on.

Just not seeing MI flipping at this point.

I can see the scenario he is painting but I think it is through red tinted glasses and not grounded in reality. Dem writers did the same thing in '16.

Y'all need to give up and quit having hope. The election has been stolen and there isn't a damn thing we or anybody else can do about. The Democrats are above the law. The last four years should have told you that this was going to happen in this election. They were never going to let him win.

God's got this, regardless of what man says.

I don't buy this. I'm a believer but God has turned his back on us and is letting us destroy ourselves. My faith has never been lower.

Well, I guess the good thing is that we are moving closer and closer to European stupidity so we will all be stupid together.

That sounds great and all, but the explanations lack the detail needed to convince me Trump can retake Wisconsin and Michigan. Especially if most of their remaining votes are absentee, which I'm not sure of.

1) the 538 model does not claim a Biden win is certain, only that it's likely.

2) all Biden has to do to win the election is defend the 2016 map and flip MI, WI, and PA. If you're going by PredictIt, he's poised to do just that as well as pick up AZ.

The last candidate to win the election and not win Florida or Ohio was JFK in 1960.

I doubt Biden can win those states without also winning Ohio.

Correlation != Causation. You've given your own proof that the election can be won without those two states, and as others have pointed out, there is another probable scenario where Biden wins without them.

Wisconsin, Michigan, and Arizona were enough apparently. PA may not even matter.

The media will treat this as an edict if the people when in all likelihood Biden or truly Harris, won a very tightly contested election. They will never acknowledge that trump entered with a greater "mandate" than Biden.

China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea must all be thrilled with the outcome. America is back to the table giving away our future.

Yes, but those large batches were 100% Biden. It's most noticeable with Wisconsin.

I'm not saying it's fraud, but it doesn't look good when they stopped counting then dropped a huge number that is exclusively Biden, or very close to it. **** like that is how this damn thing gets drug out and brought to the courts.

WI is done and gone. He needs MI, PA, NC and GA.

Anything less and he loses.

Cuz even getting AZ or NV won't offset MI for example. Although both would but that is unlikely.

Right. This is his argument, not mine. I was just providing clarity that the writer was not counting WI, AZ, and NV for the Trump win.

He's making the argument about MI that others are making about AZ. Where the votes are left seem to be from enough Trump favored areas that he can overcome the deficit but barely.

Hmmm. Yes I thought it was 270 with MI, PA, NC, GA but.....i was off somewhere.....

213 now

AK +3
PA +20
NC +15
GA +16

that makes 267

then AZ +11 or NV +6 does it.

ok

but still none of GA, NC or PA can flip if MI goes Biden along with WI.
