CNN reporting that almost every vote in North Carolina being reported is an early vote. Upwards of 97% of the reported vote tally is early voting. A lot of votes for Trump are about to come in.

Because the Democrats told their votes to vote by mail and to a lesser degree early. Everyone knew that. Many times the first votes to be counted are the early ones.
