I'm still holding on to a small glimmer of hope that the country is saved.
I know my posts on here are a little amped up too often. I was brought up to believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I was raised to not see color even though my grandfather, a Creek Indian, experienced actual "racism" all the time. But he never used that as a crutch and when he died he was an executive for one of the largest oil companies in the world. Will Rogers and Jim Thorpe were some of his close friends. Success came from HARD work.
So libs, I have to be honest and state you make me sick. You either fully know the election was fixed and don't give a sh*t about the WILL of the people as long as you can ram your socialism down our throat, or you refuse to (hang on, this is a tough word for you) be HONEST and admit your party is corrupt. So your either devoid of principal, character, Integrity or just stupid. Either way you are despicable.
In my perfect world we would agree it's time for a split. No longer can you use federal funds from the United States as the MAJORITY of the states don't agree with your political directives. Those of you who want to live in socialism, embrace it. Those of us who don't, won't. Just don't come to us when your society is crumbling and expect us to bail your arrogant dumb as* out. I know ownership Of your decisions is a hard concept for you, but we'll help your entitled a** along the way by not cowtowing to your whining fits/demands.
"What country before ever existed a century and a half without a rebellion? And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure." Thomas Jefferson

No kidding. These last four years have really brought forth to the country (those that don't just watch the MSM) how big the freakin' "swamp" is. Who would have thought that all of these government agencies were this corrupt. Most of the left would be in prison right now if there was a fair DOJ, FBI, judiciary, etc.

Along the same lines as the FBI, Hunter, integrity, etc., does anyone else think it's kind of odd timing for the Hunter news to come out?

Assuming Biden/Harris are inaugurated, I was pretty sure the Dems would release, fabricate, or crap on Biden sometime in the next year in order to get to Harris. Biden is such a staggering liability, and he has such unbelievable ties to China (that we know of), I was fairly certain the Left would wait until the inauguration.

Could Axios actually have done this investigation of Swalwell on their own? Most Democrats are similar to Seth Rich's parents, they'd immediately sacrifice one of their children in a murder investigation to make sure the Democrat party doesn't look bad.

Hatred for the Dems is deep, deep, deep.

Just a little musing, since the election was only two months ago.

It depends on if they want Harris to potentially get 2.5 terms or 1.5.

For her to have 2.5 terms they would need to wait until 2 years + 1 day. Then if she sworn in because something happens with Biden, she would not be "charged" a term because it was less than 1/2 a term. Then she could run in 2024 for her first term, then 2028 for her second.

If it is before 2 years, this term would be considered her first, and she could only run in 2024.

We always have high hopes for incoming FBI directors. Always are told they stand up for the law, blah blah blah...then they all end up the same.

I have to imagine the first day as FBI director consists of being sat down in an interrogation room by deep stater FBI types and present to the new director all the skeletons and dirt they have on them and that they will toe the line if they don't want their life ruined. I can't come up with any other logical answer why the head of the FBI always turns out to be worthless.

Quote:

On the morning of November 5, as the 2020 election hung in the balance, Arizona federal agents raided a two-story house in Fountain Hills, Maricopa County, a county that had become a key battleground in the presidential race. The agents were looking for evidence of a cyberattack on an unnamed organization and stolen voter data. They left with eight hard drives, three computers and a bag of USB sticks. The resident of the property, a 56-year-old IT expert named Elliot Kerwin, was served the warrant. He is not yet facing charges and was unreachable for comment at the time of publication. There is no indication that anything other than voters' information, which can be acquired for a few hundred dollars in Arizona counties, was taken from the affected office.

The warrant, discovered by Forbes this week, reveals investigators have been looking into a computer intrusion at an unnamed "victim office," which occurred from October 21 to November 4. At the Kerwin residence, they were looking for any evidence within the seized computers that showed they'd been used to access the IT network at the office, as well as "protected voters' information" and any indication that it had been disseminated to other people.

Of the 15 county recorder's offices contacted by Forbes about the investigation, only one, Maricopa County, confirmed voter data had been stolen, noting that a federal investigation was under way. The Maricopa County Recorder's office, which is just 30 minutes' drive south from Kerwin's home, did not confirm whether or not the investigation was the same as that referred to in the search warrant.

"Analysis by the Maricopa County Recorder's Office IT Security indicates an unauthorized individual gathered publicly accessible voter information from our website," a spokesperson said. They didn't specify what voter information and declined to comment any further on the nature of the attack. The data trove could be significant; there were more than 2.5 million registered voters in the county for the 2020 election.

"Additional security controls were put in place to mitigate against this activity occurring in the future. The Maricopa County Recorder's Office has reported this to proper authorities and law enforcement personnel, and there is an ongoing investigation by the FBI at this time. The FBI informed our office today they served a warrant," the spokesperson added.

Georgia again.

Quote:

Officials in Georgia have yet to produce documents to establish the chain of custody for roughly 83 percent of the estimated 600,000 absentee ballots placed in drop boxes during the Nov. 3 elections with voting for the two Senate runoff elections less than a month away.

The ballots placed in the drop boxes by voters are then delivered to county election officials by county poll workers. But state and county officials still have not produced the documents to show the clear chain of custody, according to the Georgia State News.

The office of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger told Breitbart News two weeks after the November elections that it did not know how many of the 1.3 million absentee ballots cast in the 2020 general election out of total 5 million were delivered by mail vs. dropbox but that counties should know.
Quote:

A poll of likely Georgia voters conducted last week found 26 percent of respondents said that they voted by absentee ballot 14 percent by mail and 12 percent by depositing their absentee ballots in drop boxes.

Twelve percent of the 5 million votes cast equals 600,000 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes.

According to the Georgia Election Code Emergency Rule approved by State Election Board on July 1, 2020, every county is responsible for documenting the transfer of every batch of absentee ballots picked up at drop boxes and delivered to the county election offices with ballot transfer forms, signed, dated, with time of pick up by the collection team upon pick up, and then signed, dated, with time of delivery by the registrar or designee upon receipt and accepted, Georgia State News also reports.

No

CLAIM: The U.S. Army raided the Frankfurt office of the Spanish election software company Scytl to seize servers that had evidence of voting irregularities in the Nov. 3 U.S. election.

AP'S ASSESSMENT: False. Both the Army and Scytl told The Associated Press the claim is not true. Furthermore, Scytl does not have offices or servers in Frankfurt, Germany.

So in addition to the Amici Curiae brief previously filed, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Utah just filed a motion to intervene and a bill of complaint.

You get the feeling regardless of how this shakes out that these maneuvers are not going to look bad on some resumes.

They had them as recently as 2019 for the European Parlimentary Elections, and more importantly, they state in that brochure that they were putting results up into a cloud based infrastructure where the results could be viewed by a third party before release. So even if the servers were not in Frankfurt, that capability remains and would allow whoever had access to that infrastructure to see the vote counting in realtime.
