Its in plain English. What sort of additional interpretation do you need?ClassicAg18 said:

This in the first one sounds vaguely ominous for the Democrat-MSM scoffer side:M-K-TAG said:
Interesting scenarios showing how Alito and the Supreme Court might be setting up things in regard to the Dec 9th response date.

Most of the legal pundits on the left have been dismissive of the claims made in the lawsuit brought by Kelly and predicted that the matter would be summarily dismissed. They all conflate the extreme nature of the remedy sought with the underlying merits of the case as their reason for rejecting the merits. I have yet to find a meaningful argument advanced in opposition to Kelly's claims on the merits the opposition seems only to focus on the prospect of "disenfranchising" millions of voters who cast votes in a manner that they understood to be lawful based on what they were told by the state and county officials.
It would be like a log of where they were and when. It could be extensive, including purchase and shipping and mail (part 1 + 2) or it could just be from when they were received by the precinct (part 2).ClassicAg18 said:

This is so obviously true. Why hide, why obfuscate, why lie?M-K-TAG said:

Logs are kept that track where the ballots are and in who's custody they are in as they are processed. These logs have apparently been lost or destroyed. It smells like a cover-up:ClassicAg18 said:

Georgia election rules require ballots from drop boxes to be picked up by teams of at least two people who must complete a transfer form upon doing so.
"The collection team shall complete and sign a ballot transfer form upon removing the ballots from the dropbox, which shall include the date, time, location and number of ballots," the relevant rule states.
"The ballots from the drop box shall be immediately transported to the county registrar and processed and stored in the same manner as absentee ballots returned by mail are processed and stored. The county registrar or a designee thereof shall sign the ballot transfer form upon receipt of the ballots from the collection team."
Each of the drop boxes should have more than a dozen signed ballot transfer forms, given the frequency of the pickups required by the rules.
Its a catch-22 though. Both Democrats seem horrible enough and would be Schumer pawns directly and give him the Senate.txag72 said:Not sure why this isn't getting more discussion with all the hate Lin Wood is getting. Anyone thinking critically would agree, but we have seen what the unethical, amoral Democratic Party Leadership is capable of.policywonk98 said:
Georgia can't possibly use machines in January until the information about the machines is disproven without a shadow of a doubt.
PA by itself won't overturn anything, but it'll be the first domino to fall. Then the rest fall enough to overturn things.titan said:
Hmm indeed. Let's assume for a moment it results in PA either being tossed out entirely, or called for Trump.
Is it correct that by itself it does not help overturn the election or throw it to the legislatures to choose President?
What it WOULD DO is demolish the Mainstream Media and Democratic Party's gaslighting about no election fraud and they would have to shut up at last. It would be understood it all probably happened crooked as many believe, but fell short of the legal threshold of proof in enough places in time. And they would have to avoid stealing Georgia, so to allow things to cool.
However, if it turns out the Democratic Party directly worked with China, then again back to it would warrant military intervention because it would be preventing a usurpation in essence by the Biden-Obamian clique.

As long as it comes to the MSM first. As your third paragraph shows, they are why those people are so misled.Eliminatus said:
I can now count on two hands the number of people I personally know that not only have zero clue that we are still technically in a contested election, but think that Biden is already President. As in right now.
These are all highly functioning adults in our society.
The amount of ignorance our general public has about anything politics related other than hot MSM daily takes is frankly, extremely disgusting.
Perhaps we do deserve whatever is coming..
