Pretty sure it will mean more than this. The 2nd American Civil War sounds more likely all of the time. This leftist appears to fully understand what is about to happen.

I approve this message. Republic States capital will be in Houston. President will be Alan West.

The others can be sent to Guam. If they spread out, it won't tip over.

Heck I think we should increase the senate by 50-100% but let the states legislature fill these new seats.

I'd also increase the house by a factor of 10.

The concession is completely unrelated to anything - it's just tradition. The electoral college votes for biden regardless of Trump's feelings.

Looking over some things and yeah, gonna say it again. Trump was not prepared for this. Not even close. And not only do I not believe in a 4D Hail Mary, I FIRMLY disbelieve it now. With the caveat that I don't think anybody could have feasibly been prepared for this really.

Still hope he wins but there is no other path than courts invalidating a bunch of stuff. Not promising in my eyes.

I am sure that whatever happens, things are going to get very tumultuous before things get better.

Just a summation of where I sit today.

If by "more likely" you mean an increase from .05% to .1% chance, sure, it's more likely.

Hopefully you also realize that a real Civll War would be horrifically tragic and would also not be between different states but between different areas within states. And even in those areas, there are tons of supporters on both sides.

It's Election Day + 6. Time for grownups to tone down the rhetoric and start acting like grownups.

Doesn't mean you have to believe the election results. Doesn't mean you can't hold out hope for a legal miracle to change the outcome.

But the "Civil War" type crap needs to go away. Venting can only be used as an excuse for employing emotional over rational thinking for so long.

Why do you think states are joining the lawsuits? They know what is at stake. If the EC is void, then the nation unravels. No one wants a civil war, but the left has just created a scenario through a stolen election that may guarantee it.

I'm not so sure he was completely blindsided by this. The Dems never really validated him even being President in the first place (Russia, Russia, Russia), Dems also impeached him, and the MSM has been merciless in attacking Trump the last 4 years.

Even Trump supporters on this site questioned "landslide" predictions based on possible cheating that would occur from mail-in ballots. I'm pretty confident the Trump Campaign (and apparently other GOP) thought that this might be a possibility.

Ballots in Pennsylvania also seem to be arriving before they're sent out, arriving the same day, or arriving just one day after being mailed out. A data analyst explains that there are so called "fast traveling" ballots appearing. Their distribution is skewed towards mail in applications compared to the rest which are skewed towards online applications. He plotted BallottSentDate vs DallotReturnedDate. And added (BallotSentDate vs BallotSentDate) on the same plot which gave a straight line (1:1). Everything below this line traveled back in time.

I've said all along: it's incredibly hard to prove fraud after the votes have been counted when we have a system that provides a tremendous degree of anonymity in voting by design.

By far the best way to prevent fraud is on the front end, by ensuring safeguards are in place, or by close observation during the count. The exponential increase in use of mail-in ballots made it a fair accomplis that there would be a big increase in fraud this year. Whether that increase in fraud was big enough to swing the election or not we will likely never be able to prove.

Everything else that some people are hanging their hopes on is an extreme long shot.

If you want to be the flip side of the Dem coin that's your prerogative. But if you made fun of them for the last four years of "Reee!" then the same logic applies to you if you hold on to it for the next four years.

Regardless, the Civil War talk comes across as just plain unhinged.

Was just discussing this with The Hubs. In my view, due to comingling of ballots it is impossible to identify and throw out illegal and invalid ballots. If the fraud rate can be shown to be large enough to question the vote margins, federal court can issue an injunction preventing a state's or several states) Secretary of State from certifying the election. Having the state Secretary of State do the certification of the vote is the way the state legislatures follow Article II Section One.

But if that cog cannot happen, then when the EC meets does either candidate have 270? If not, then it goes to the new House and the new Senate when seated.

The above is the current remedy that is in place.

At this point I think it's mostly political pandering until I see some meat on the bare bones of the fraud allegations.

Safeguards in place, like the 3-day rule, were IGNORED even after the courts ordered them to be observed.

Close observation WAS NOT ALLOWED.

In your legal opinion and based on everything you have seen (taking into account what you believe is true or not), what do you think the final outcome will be?
texagbeliever
How long do you want to ignore this user?
This is really simple so try to follow along.
  • Conservatives want the constitution to be followed.
  • The constitution is the law of the land.
  • If the law of the land is not followed then there is no "America"

  • Democrats don't want to follow the constitution
  • They "REEEE" over any and all attempts to follow said constitution. See border wall, election law, 2nd Amendment, 1st Amendment, 9th & 10th Amendments
  • They burn down cities when the law is followed

Now can you spot the differences there?

The red and blue are graphical indicators, not indicators of who the votes were cast for.

No, I think that's timing on when ballots were requested and when they were returned. Everything in red was requested after it was returned. Many many others were requested, mailed, and returned in 1 day. Mail doesn't travel that fast!

The difference is that the Dems were losing their **** for 4 years over a made up story about Russians influencing the election, while we are steaming mad about an election actually being stolen through fake ballots. Big difference.
