of course you would they were all swamp creatures.
NO AMNESTY!

in order for democrats, liberals, progressives et al to continue their illogical belief systems they have to pretend not to know a lot of things; by pretending "not to know" there is no guilt, no actual connection to conscience. Denial of truth allows easier trespass.

I see you're picking up the liberal vocabulary nicely. If you ever want to have a real discussion on the issue, let me know.

After hearing some of yalls suggestions and further discussing with some older colleagues, I will give my vote to trump. At this point I think the election is more than just about the presidency, more the future of this nation. While I still have my libertarian views, I understand the need for Trump.
You must have a learning disability to have been "undecided" until 30 days before the election.

The differences between Red & Blue have been stark and widening since 2000. There is no common ground and hasn't been for decades.

Welcome to the party, too bad you're decades late.

hedge is still a young person. So, not sure decades applies.

Applause is in order for looking at this situation from all angles.

There's not a soul here who wouldn't be proud of their sons and daughters for taking up the mantle of classical liberalism. That all of our children would inherit the same political acumen in their early years would be a blessing to this nation.

There is a clear difference in hoping for a Boone and Crockett to step out of the wood line for a clear shot, a freezer full of doe back strap, and paying for a lease that hasn't had deer on it in 47 years.

I'm pretty much libertarian in principle as well, but there is just so much at stake right now Trump is a no brainer for me. Or any alternative to the anti-American anti-Western dems really. Just feels more like a fork in the road than at any other point in my life. They have a radically different vision for this country than normal every day Americans.

I have 4 kids - ranging 12 to 23. I would be ashamed if they are liberal - classical or not. When they come home and spout of some liberal drivel it is crushed with facts. It is not tolerated.

Only an idiot could support the party of Biden/Harris/AOC/Pelosi/Schumer/Talib/Omar. Anti-liberty, anti-life, anti-2A, anti-Christian, anti-capitalism. They oppose everything that defines America.

Tell me one plank of the 2020 Democrat platform that can be defined as American?

Disagree slightly.

It was possible to reestablish common ground in 2009, had Obama been the President he said he would be in effect in summer 2004 speech.

But it was definitely gone by 2012, let alone his second term. And as much a fault of the national media as Obama himself. Had he been called to account, he might have governed better and been less divisive.

I have 3 children from 17-23. A couple of them will let me speak directly on such matters. The other child...well...it takes a little different approach. We still come to the same conclusion.

One great thing about the military is the exposure to leadership styles. When one finally earns their hard stripes, every problem looks like a nail, and thus a hammer is used. If one is fortunate, they run across a really fantastic mentor or two, that helps identify the chasm between management and leadership. Understanding the difference increases one's tool chest for handling tasks which require a bit more finesse. It also separates the wheat from the chaff.

Agree - but in general we are too nice to idiots these days. Too tolerant.

Look no further then riots across America. Take Portland for example. If those children would have been disciplined at home while they were young they wouldn't be out rioting and destroying property as young adults.

I am perfectly comfortable with saying I don't know who or if I am voting for President.

My vote does not matter in this state for that election.

Now, for governor, I think it does.

Oh, I thought it worked that way.

Voting twice in Texas for a democrat is ridiculous anyway. Why commit a felony for a useless vote? My vote is simply symbolic and does not matter.

However, I have noticed a few Trump adds running locally. Maybe the Trump campaign is fearing the Blue Tsunami in Texas. I think I will convince a few illegals to vote for Biden too.

COVID-19 will pass us by in time. This election is for the heart, soul, and founding of our nation to continue as a republic. It is that simple. We have seen 8 years of Biden. He is weak on the world stage unlike Trump showing his strength
