We're pulling for both those missions here at IM-3! The more companies prove out reliable transport to the moon, the more willing investors and customers want their money going to the moon as well!

I'm interested in bringing my boat down to watch a launch one day…

Does anyone know:
  • Where is the best boat ramp to launch?
  • Where is the best place to anchor and view?
  • Is the boat traffic crowded?

First of all, there may not be room to park your rig at any of the public boat ramps after early morning day of launch.

If you have a friend at Laguna Vista with access to their ramp you should take advantage of that

If you get all that done, anywhere south of the causeway or in the ship channel will be great viewing

I turned on one of the spaceX cameras at Boca Chica at 4pm and couldn't see the launch pad.

Turned it off without a second thought.

Looks like the delay is due to engine chilling issue. They are giving more time to chill the engines.

They had momentary video of the booster relight, but it froze and the telemetry froze at the same time. So probably RUD'd early in the burn.
