NasaSpaceFlight (not affiliated with NASA) has some phenomenal coverage with multiple views and commentary. They are walking through each step and have been there on Starbase for everything. If you see something happening on the pad, they'll tell you what it is and why.

They won't launch if there is a more than nominal chance of it exploding on the pad. Unlike smaller ships like Falcon where they could make RUD jokes, an explosion of this thing on the ground would destroy the pad, tower, huge chunks of Starbase and (more importantly) cause a lot of regulatory problems moving forward. Government agencies basically had to have a guarantee this wouldn't explode on the ground to clear the launch.

We're 5.1 miles away. I'm guessing that's like 3.5? I don't know how close the exclusion zone is.
The NasaSpaceFlight feed has some great shots of the ship, zoomed in. The frost cloud coming off of that thing is beautiful.

Six miles? I'm no geometry expert, but that seems... not the right scale.
If people enter the zone and cause a delay they deserve to do a walk of shame from Houston to Dallas.
FlightRadar24 just did a push notification for the NASA WB-57 watching the launch. Went from a couple thousand to 60 thousand people watching it
Just looking at an aerial map, seems like the only spot with that geography. Maybe there's somewhere closer that I'm missing.
