Damn there goes my excuse not to mow the yard this morning.
The acceptable risk for this one was definitely lower than any of the SNs and Falcon tests. Was seeing that the biggest concern from US agencies and SpaceX was RUD on pad. Gov concerned about environmental risks, SpaceX worried about financial risks and future FAA approvals.RED AG 98 said:

Yeah, people in private enterprise doing the most important, challenging work in the world is really dull.Cynic said:

So you're saying it would be in 3 days, on 4.20?nortex97 said:
It will be more than 2 days. Litigation window open now, and I think I read 72 hours is the minimum to provide fresh nitrogen (that can't be recycled, is just vented out). Not sure why they are claiming 48 hours.
Pics look really close. I know the shuttle had us nearly 3 miles out….and at that distance that was louder than an f14 at an air show right overhead on afterburners. As in hot face, covered ears, chest pounding from sound pressure waves, rippling, cracking hard pounding excitement.PJYoung said:Marvin said:PJYoung said:
The boats.
That looks... close!
We're 5.1 miles away. I'm guessing that's like 3.5? I don't know how close the exclusion zone is.
This is my greatest concern. The Monday morning launch did not give the environmental nuts time to mobilize. Now, they'll have that ability.nortex97 said:

One reason why Wednesday looks iffy for the next Starship launch attempt. https://t.co/Bf63saWzlE

During the SpaceX feed this morning, they said several times that it would take a minimum of 48 hours to recycle, which is why people are saying Wednesday.TexAgs91 said:
I thought it took 3 days to recycle it if it was fueled and then scrubbed. Is Wednesday the next attempt?
Falcon Heavy's launch of the ViaSat-3 Americas mission is now targeted for no earlier than Wednesday, April 26
