Hopefully it winds up going on Mon but everything I've read has been NET 17 Apr & NLT 21 Apr so hopefully they can get it up (so to speak) sometime next week even if there is an issue come Monday.

How close could / should you get to the launch?
Appears to be the elevator failing, they are using manbaskets to bring people up to the SQD level. pic.twitter.com/PjCoFXuV4A

With booster ultimately flying up to ~20 times per day & ship flying up to ~5 times per day.

Useful load to Mars is ~150 metric tons, but requires ~5 orbital refilling tanker flights.
Target: >1 megaton of cargo & people delivered to Mars, so that it becomes self-sustaining.

Police are searching for an individual wearing a save the turtles t-shirt, a purple bandana and carrying a large backpack and walking stick that was seen leaving the scene.

I don't know if he means each booster will fly 20x per day or the fleet will.bmks270 said:TexAgs91 said:With booster ultimately flying up to ~20 times per day & ship flying up to ~5 times per day.

The booster is going to fly every 72 minutes?
You guys realize he is making **** up right?
This is right up there with his "100 people to mars and back" statement in the bull**** scale.

This will undoubtably be with several more Starship OLITs than exist today.bmks270 said:jt2hunt said:

There is so much wrong with this statement. Anything is possible "well into the future."
When is the booster going to do 20 flights a day? Put a date on it.
Musk is delusional sometimes.
What good does a date do? He's talking in theoretical limits of flight, land, refuel, flight cadences. If SpaceX only ever gets to 10 flights per day is Starship suddenly a failure? 5 flights a day? 1 flight a day?bmks270 said:jt2hunt said:

Hard to say, nearby security cameras caught a glimpse of the suspect…

Suspect is believed to be a teenager. It's possible there were up to three accomplices. Investigators are hoping for someone to rat them out.

So this is the first time firing all booster engines to 100% throttle, is that right? If it gets to stage separation it will be quite the accomplishment. The power density from those engines all together is hard to comprehend.
That is where my son watched the first one. This is iPhone video from there:Premium said:
So I did a bit of research, please correct if you have other intel. It seems the best place to watch a launch is at Isla Blanca Park, on SPI:
I will do a Starship Spaces at 6pm CT tomorrow for subscribers only
