The southern tip of SPI is 5 miles away as the crow flies, that's closer than most get to a Falcon 9 launch. There are some boats going to an area a little closer but not by much. Port Isabel and Rocket Ranch will have some good views but the rocket will be flying away from you.
Monday morning is going to be lit!

Fair warning, if this launch is like the others there will be delays…bring chairs, food, a cooler. Plenty of space to park on the channel with a direct view. The last explosion of Starship, we were so close insulation rained down after the RUD.
Personally, I'll be chilling on the Jetties with a fishing rod in my hands…
