Good overview of the landing. We nominally target a few hundred feet away from Jacklyn to avoid a severe impact if engines fail to start or start slowly. We’ll incrementally reduce that conservatism over time. We are all excited and grateful for yesterday. Amazing performance by… pic.twitter.com/DCEMsuSyPm

I was surprised when they said on the broadcast that they plan to refly THAT booster. I would expect them to dissect it for engineering data. Not the plan, apparently.
🇨🇳 CHINESE ASTRONAUTS LAND SAFELY AFTER SPACE JUNK SCARE
— Mario Nawfal (@MarioNawfal) November 14, 2025
A piece of space debris hit China’s Shenzhou-20 capsule, cracking a window and grounding the spacecraft.
The 3 astronauts were supposed to land 9 days earlier but had to switch to a backup spacecraft mid-orbit.

4 in a row!

R3.65, R3.66, R3.67 and R3.68 have all just rolled past at McGregor, Having 4 seemingly flight ready engines in a row feels like a really good place to be in at the moment!
(And yes, for those with a single digit mental age, yes 67 ha ha)

For one, this was her spouse, not her. The astronaut didn't actually do anything.
For two, this is not the first time we've seen astronaut drama. That's an insanely high stress job that requires a lot of commitment from those who do it as well as their families. Someone having a mental breakdown or family drama should not be surprising.
Super heavy booster 18 on the road to Starbase Massey's test site for initial cryo proof testing. This is the first next gen V3 booster and will launch on Starship test flight 12 as soon as January 2026.

Quote:
The most significant part of the update concerned an evolution of New Glenn that will transform the booster into a super-heavy lift launch vehicle. The first stage of this evolved vehicle will have nine BE-4 engines instead of seven, and the upper stage four BE-3U engines instead of two. In its update, Blue Origin refers to the new vehicle as 94 and the current variant as 72, a reference to the number of engines in each stage.
"New Glenn 94 is designed for a subset of missions requiring additional capacity and performance," the company said. "The vehicle carries over 70 metric tons to low-Earth orbit, over 14 metric tons direct to geosynchronous orbit, and over 20 metric tons to trans-lunar injection. Additionally, the 94 vehicle will feature a larger 8.7-meter fairing."
Beyond this major upgrade, Blue Origin also announced other modifications intended to improve the overall performance of the rocket:
- Increasing the thrust of a BE-4 engine from current levels, 550,000 pounds (lbf), to 640,000 pounds
- Increasing thrust of BE-3U upper stage engines from 320,000 pounds to 400,000 pounds
- Use of super-cooled cryogenic propellants
- Development of a reusable payload fairing
- Higher performing and more reusable heat shield to reduce refurbishment time
- Lower-cost tank design (presumably for the upper stage, which is not reusable)

Isn't this the second testing failure we have seen that involved tank ruptures? I thought the first Massey's explosion was from a tank rupture as well.

Nah that was a copv tank failure.
