Sounds like the HOA President is a pain in the but, which probably means he/she has pissed on numerous residents. Get this HOA President replaced, possibly run yourself. Organize a peaceful protest in his/hers front yard.

You can buy Trump signs on Amazon. Got another one this week. Took 3 days to get here.

And my HOA has a rule against signs in your yard. Doesn't say a damn word about flags. Guess what I have.

Well....I figured why not and make the trip and went to the Collin County GOP office.

Tons of signs but they are asking for $5 per sign for Trump. The rest you can just take.

edit 2: the lady at the office said she has heard about the Trump sign shipping delay (if buying from Trump's site) and it has been taking 3 weeks to get out...
