Interesting question. I'd say no, but I'm still trying to figure out if this is just a very vocal minority that we've ignored for years and allowed them to get into positions of power, or if there is a large enough portion of the population who thinks all this is a good idea. I hope not, because I don't see how we settle those difference peaceably.

Pretty stupid of Goodyear. I would guess majority of the customers would align with conservatives/Trump.

Think about it. MAGA "rednecks" buy tires for their lifted trucks & toys. Soyboy leftists take public transportation, ride a bike, or get a ride in their mothers minivan. They don't buy tires.

Is Trump simply voicing his opinion on a business worse than Democrats who use the force of government to do things like shut down pipelines, or fossil fuel drilling, or gun manufacturers? How about Hillary promising to shut down coal?

I think they are probably more pissed about being told what they can and cannot believe by their employer. One employee was upset enough to take the slide and make it a public issue and I doubt this one employee was the only one who found it disgusting. If anything, shoving crap like that down the employees' throats created more Trump voters.

I will say it's an interesting political situation on Trump's part attacking a large US company that is HQ in a swing state (Ohio). Gives the "moderate" Biden some ammo.

& To clarify my previous statement I think left/right, liberal/conservative, buy tires. However, I think conservatives would buy more tires than leftist/liberals.
